Although I have only been taking Total Restore for 2 weeks, I have to say it was only a couple of days before I noticed a positive change and can feel a calmness in my gut. This was all from seeing the advert, watching the video and thinking should I take a chance, as sometimes you don't know who to believe, but I'm glad I did. It's not always easy to keep to a gentle diet as I travel a great deal to different countries, but Total Restore has already helped on one trip so I will be testing it out with the curries of India and Sri Lanka next! At first, my body did not respond, but after a week, I started to notice a great response in my GI tract. The constant bouts of constipation and belly pain were noticeably reduced. It took quite a while to receive our order but now that we have had it now for about two weeks, I have lost ten pounds so far and I’m feeling good. I had loose stools first few days, but after that a normal bowel movement. Trust me, I have never been used to that. My stomach after one and half weeks no longer feels bloated and uncomfortable. My stomach has gone down, but I did not measure prior to starting this supplement. I feel good. Will continue to take, as I bought three bottles take two in the morning, one at bedtime.

My husband and I were watching TV and turned our full attention to him! We usually do! He was talking about "cleaning out your gut". My husband has been having bouts with constipation regularly for too long. His doctor has prescribed several different kinds of meds to him over the past 2-3 years, he gets regular so he stops the med. Both of us are quite regular taking TOTAL RESTORE. They are average size capsules and are easy to swallow. No taste to them either. Within day or maybe 2 we will both be going first thing in the AM and with no straining. Our bowels have never been "loose" either. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH HOW THEY HAVE HELPED US!
