Within a couple of days, I was feeling great with a lot of energy and a noticeable improvement in my digestion! I started to use Total Restore after reading The Plant Paradox multiple times. The site works and so does Total Restore.

After having read the book - Longevity Paradox (I happen to spot this at the local library) and researching Dr. Gundry further on the internet I decided to try the diet described in his book and also ordered Total Restore. I lost 10 lbs almost immediately and I am sleeping a lot better as well. My energy level is remarkable as a result and I find myself involved in a lot more activities on a daily basis. My skin has also become a lot softer and all the white/grey spots under my eyes have disappeared. The elimination of rice, pasta, and dairy products from my diet and eating the prescribed fruits and vegetables along with the Total Restore has made an incredible difference. I plan to continue with this dietary plan and have recommended to some of my friends. I am thrilled with my results.

When I saw the video I felt it was talking about me. I have been taking Total Restore for three weeks now and have noticed a wonderful difference. I have since added (this week) his Vital Reds which have increased my energy and mood noticeably. My adult children have the same issues I have.

I've been taking Total Restore for the past month. I'm finally getting my energy back! My face has stopped breaking out quite as bad, and my skin doesn't look as dull. I can eat a LOT MORE than I was able to before without having the issues I was prior to taking it. Unfortunately, I just took my last day's dose of the bottle I bought. I just didn't have the money to allocate to continuing. I'm bummed, because I'm positive that if I continued, that I would keep getting better. I believe that someday soon I will be able to have enough money to reorder monthly. I DEFINITELY recommend this product! It's been a MASSIVE help! Blessings to everyone!

With my lifestyle, I travel a lot and don't always remember to take them when traveling. I do trust Dr. Gundry, he definitely has a great marketing plan. I purchase many products from them and even with my inconsistency in taking the products as recommended my bad Cholesterol dropped by 30 points. That drop was attributed to other Gundry products. That trust carried into this product which I have not had the time or tests to fully evaluate.

I'm 66 and I've been a yoyo dieter for years. I have gained and lost the same 30-40 lbs on different supervised programs many times but can't seem to keep it off. I've been on Pravastatin for high cholesterol for a few years and took myself off the last time I tried a low carb low sugar plan. After I lost 20 lbs and proudly went to my doctor, he told me my blood test showed worse bad cholesterol and put me back on the statins immediately.

Now the weight is back, again, and the blood tests still showed high bad cholesterol so my doctor prescribed a second cholesterol med to add to my first one. I'm not happy. Instead of more meds, I prefer a healthier approach. I know better cholesterol numbers on meds don't always mean better health!

So I bought Dr. Gundry's Diet Evolution book and I felt enlightened and encouraged. Per the book, I think my mistake has been eating too much animal protein. I'm tweaking my diet, trying some of Dr. Gundry's products and will do followup blood work in 3 months.

I've been on low carb low sugar, more plant protein and Total Restore and the prebiotic for a few weeks now. I feel good, have lost some weight without hunger or cravings (that's a big deal!), and I'm hopeful so we'll see what the numbers say in three months!

I've been using the Total Restore for a month now. At first, the pills made me feel like I had been punched in the kidneys, but that discomfort has subsided. It's hard to describe, but my large intestine feels better and healthier. I was also hoping for some weight loss, but that hasn't yet materialized.

Total Restore works! Before using Total Restore I used to suffer from IBS symptoms (bloating/gas) after I ate. So much so I was afraid to eat out in public company. Not any more! I've been using the product for a couple of weeks now and feel much more confident. I can eat out with friends again!

I felt really good the first week. It is difficult to rate for sure because I was taking 3 Gundry products at the same time. My urgency reduced and my movements were more loose but gave me the feeling my gut was rebuilding. I think it was doing the job and will continue to take this product. I recommend!

I started this product after a lot of research on this one and others out there and was blown away by how informative the videos were about it. After much thought, I decided to go with Total Restore. I bought 9 bottles because I just knew in my gut that this was the one for me. The delivery was swift and I was informed by the tracking when I was getting it. I've been taking Total Restore for 2 weeks now so I can't give a proper review yet but I have definitely felt a major improvement with my health issues and I'm really looking forward to seeing how things are going in 6 months if this is how I feel just after 2 weeks. I've also been taking ProPlant Complete shake in conjunction with the tablets every day and I love it.
