I was skeptical when I ordered this product. I started using it by itself and as recommended. Almost immediately, I started to have more energy and can last longer stamina wise. I then started looking into the diet and recipes to assist with feeling better even more. I am at the beginning of this process but already know I want to do more.

I've had Acid Reflux and GERD for years, having many upper-endoscopies practically on an annual basis. I've even had duodenal ulcers. My doctor kept telling me to stop eating, which I was never a big eater to begin with. Every time I ate something, I was in agony, no matter what. I even started to think that the condition was worse than what I was told. I was starting to get depressed.

My day starts at 6 am, if I'm lucky, and ends late at night. I have two businesses and am constantly on the go. Dr. Gundry's herbal regime keeps me going and I feel great. I have been on The Plant Paradox plan for about three weeks and have taken Total Restore for the same amount of time.

My mood has improved greatly, I feel great, and I have lost 12 lbs.

I love this lectin-free food and have tried to stay very close to the meals described in Dr. Gundry's book. I have made the grain-free bread and love it. I love the Basil Pesto. I thank Dr. Gundry for his informative and great needed insight on health. I am almost 75 and feel I have a chance to feel my best in the later years of my life.

As soon as I took it my first day (three times a day), I felt it working. I have had stomach problems all my life.
