I have had decades of problems from heartburn to arthritis to eczema to headaches to other digestive issues, to name a few. I have tried everything I could to help heal my gut because I finally realized this was the key to my healing. I have been on this for a couple of weeks. So far, so good. It's a little early to give a rave review. I controlled the bowel discomfort anyway (naturally).

I really wanted to heal leaky gut if it could be done! It causes inflammation throughout my body (immune system in overload mode, I think). This uses tons of energy and I am overwhelmed before I start (low energy).

I've had crippling brain fog for some years (though I recently have been able to clear that symptom and improve the level of some other symptoms) with turmeric. I want to use fewer/less supplements to maintain health. I think that can happen if the leaky gut can be healed.

To date (one bottle) I find I'm using less turmeric and energy is less erratic, so I'm more comfortable. Maybe I'm a touch creative. That's been gone for years!

I think I should give a review at three or four months for real information about my case.

I am just starting my third week on the product. I would say it took about a full week to notice any difference. Week 2 went very well. No digestive or bowel problems. However, this week I seem to be pretty constipated, which is very unusual for me. I wonder if I need to adjust the dosage or just continue on taking three capsules a day?
