This product does work. My husband is using it to rebuild his internal gut, he's been on PPI's (Nexium) type products for about 15 years. It was a tough beginning with so much acid, but it is slowly getting under control. He can tell his body is working much better than before. This is not an overnight fix, it takes time for the body to adjust you have to be patient and let your body heal. He is definitely going to keep using this product.

Truth be told, I started using your product along with several other products I had been wanting to try. After a few days, I started noticing an improvement in my energy and a reduction in my hunger levels. Whatever it is it is working so I'm sticking with it.

I have only been taking it for a month. I have noticed a little difference in bloating. I have also started working out and eating healthier. I was really hoping Total Restore would help me lose the weight that I need to faster, but so far I have only lost 2 pounds. It has maybe given me a little more energy than I used to have.

I had loose stools first few days, but after that a normal bowel movement. Trust me, I have never been used to that. My stomach after one and half weeks no longer feels bloated and uncomfortable. My stomach has gone down, but I did not measure prior to starting this supplement. I feel good. Will continue to take, as I bought three bottles take two in the morning, one at bedtime.

I have IBS and on a low FODMAP diet with "ok" results. My flare-ups decreased by about 40% which is not enough to be comfortable. Viewed Dr. Gundry’s video on leaky gut promoting Total Restore and decided to give it a try. After taking the product as recommended for 30 days I did see a significant enough improvement resulting in fewer flare-ups. Decided to purchase a second bottle. Now I take only 1 capsule a day as maintenance which seems to help. Occasionally I will take a full daily dose when I have a flare. Although there is a broad spectrum of symptoms that surround the IBS diagnosis, I would recommend taking this product for a full 30 days as directed, along with any special diet or medication you are on, and decide for yourself if your symptoms have improved.

These are the things I have noticed so far after three weeks.

1. I'm not as hungry and I gain weight when I try to eat as much as I used to. I'm realizing I have to pay better attention to my feelings of feeling full as I eat.

2. My bowel movements are less frequent but the stools are better formed and uniform.

3. My reflux med, omeprazole, is more effective than it was before.

I'm looking forward to the other benefits kicking in as I continue to take Total Restore.

I felt really good the first week. It is difficult to rate for sure because I was taking 3 Gundry products at the same time. My urgency reduced and my movements were more loose but gave me the feeling my gut was rebuilding. I think it was doing the job and will continue to take this product. I recommend!
