Too soon to tell.

By Linda T., Minnesota, Verified Reviewer

I have severe Diverticulosis. No one knows what causes the pouches to form. Therefore they don't know what to do about it. I am seeking my own answers. So far so good regarding having a flare-up of diverticulitis. The last flare-up was August 1, 2018. So time is the teller of if, when, or what.

Need more

By Tracy S., Blacksburg, VA, Verified Reviewer

I think that the Total Restore is helping; however, I think that I will need to purchase another bottle to give it another month. I have bad scalp psoriasis that is causing me to lose my hair and I think this may be helping but need to give it another month or so.

Thank you for asking.

Hoping to continue to improve

By Louis F., North Carolina, Verified Reviewer

I am feeling better than I was before taking Total Restore although it has only been a couple of weeks. I look forward to continued improvement. My abdomen is feeling less flabby, and that feels really good!

Flatter tummy with a smell side effect

By Olivia S., New Orleans, LA, Verified Reviewer

Very skeptical but started with the 30-day.

I immediately felt better and as I told my bestie, "I did not know how much my stomach was hurting until it stopped."

I had no prior diagnosis of anything. I was a person who has tried multiple diets and workouts with no results in my pot tummy.

My bestie bought the knockoff from Amazon and has positive results but will try Gundry’s Total Restore next order.

I reordered 5 bottles (due to the ordering process.) The site WILL OFFER you a deal for more bottles while already having charged you for the bottles in your cart. So, order however many you want at the start. I wanted three bottles - now I have 5 and two charges. I kept them because I liked it.

Now, I think I can smell metal. Maybe it’s the magnesium? Or zinc? I came on here to see if anyone else can smell metal all the time from their pores/sweat/etc.?

Still waiting

By Lourdes M., Florida, Verified Reviewer

Dr. Gundy,

I am still waiting to see some kind of results from your product, Total Restore. One thing I do have to mention is the regular visit to the bathroom. I have been experiencing some headaches also. I truly hope this will go away soon. I hope also to start to feel some improvements in my health.

My kinesiologist tested me and Total Restore, result = beneficial

By Marta V., Virginia, Verified Reviewer

I ordered three bottles and finished one. I have two measures for whether this product works for me since I don't really "feel" different after using it.

1) I had my kinesiologist test it for me (using muscle testing, for those not familiar) and it came back as "beneficial." So I will continue using it.

2) I have my blood tested every six months for inflammatory markers - mine were high the last two tests. The next test won't be for another few months, but if they come down, I'll be able to give the product a very positive thumbs up.

I'm still taking the pills

By Cliff H., Utah, Verified Reviewer

I purchased the Total Restore pills because my wife has been suffering from IBS for many years. Doctors don't seem very interested in treating the disease, they would rather prescribe pills to affect the psyche.

Their sales ad talks about all of the symptoms that Rosemary suffers from. She is always skeptical of new treatments, but I thought I would take their 90-day return policy to see if ot might help her. So far she has still not tried Total Restore, but I decided I would take it.

I don't suffer from IBS, but I thought the chemistry of the supplement might help anyone create a healthier gut. I have been taking Total Restore for almost a month now, most days I remember to take all three pills. So far I don't feel any major effects from taking the supplement, but I do notice some subtle improvements in my well being. I don't think I am ready at this time to describe what the results of the trial period of taking the supplement might be. I am still taking the pills and encouraging Rosemary to give it a try, she certainly has the most to gain.

So onward and upward at this time, I will give you more feedback as I progress through the trial.

Good in the beginning

By Lucrecia G., Arlington, TX, Verified Reviewer

I’ve been using Total Restore for the past 3-4 months and it worked for the first month then I was not losing any more weight. I’ve also tried the berry drink for energy. The drink was not effective for me.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Good but not great

By Mary G., Georgia, Verified Reviewer

I've been on the Total Restore for three weeks. I am disappointed that I see no weight loss. I do, however, think that my gut health is better. I've experienced a decrease in bloating and uncomfortableness in the stomach. I really looked for decreased appetite and weight loss to accompany it.

Restore experience

By Mary M., Glasgow, Scotland, Verified Reviewer

I am on my first bottle of Total Restore. I have also printed a copy of Dr. Gurdy’s Food Pyramid which I have posted in my kitchen and am doing my best to follow this eating guide. My tummy is making a few noises so I am sure something is happening but it’s early days for me but determined to keep at it for better health.

Seems good

By Roger H., Wisconsin, Verified Reviewer

I bought 2 bottles and take it everyday as directed with my evening meal. Before starting this product, I was struggling with IBS and seeing many doctors and dietitians. I also came off a strict Keto diet about 3 months ago or so before I tried this. I stopped the Keto diet because it raised my blood pressure and I got depressed. I went from being in great shape and feeling great on Keto to feeling pretty crappy again in that 3 month span. That is why I gave you a shot. I did the Keto diet for 6 months and went from 250 to 220 lbs. Although, I went back up to 245 lbs before I tried your plan. I bought PDF versions of your books and read them and I also purchased this product.

So far, over a month into it, I feel pretty good. However, I cannot say it is the product as much as it is the diet that is making the difference. Being lectin-free and eating healthy choices, no sugar and very low to no grain sources has made a world of difference. It is the same or similar success I had with Keto, for similar reasons. However, on this diet I no longer take acid medication, which I am thrilled about (took it for some 6 years). Though I find both diets restrictive and hard to follow for those of us who are struggling to pay the bills, it is necessary for living a somewhat normal and pain-free life. Buying organic, grass fed, and alternative, etc. is very expensive and hard to find. Buying supplements is also expensive. I have a 2-year-old that I can barely afford to send to daycare and that is with my wife and I both working full-time jobs and trying to get out of $180,000 of student loan debt!

That said, thank you for the research and the diet. I do appreciate your hard work. I plan on continuing as long as I remain healthy. Though I am not sure I will continue to buy this product, as it is not something we can really squeeze into our regular budget. On this diet, I lost about 20 lbs so far and I am leveling off and staying about there. This is not yet what I lost with Keto, but still a respectable amount, as I am 6'6" 225 lbs. My belly is almost flat for the first time since...college some 10 years ago. All in all, the product may or may not work, but in conjunction with the lectin-free diet, it is helping me feel better. Basically, in order to afford this product or the plethora of others I try to add (pre and probiotics, CoQ10, fish oil, and lemongrass for my high BP, and Fargelin for hemorrhoids), it is just such a huge expense. I end up trading meds for food, as we can't afford both. That said, I eat 1 meal a day and maybe a salad or other small thing as well. In case you are wondering, I weight lift and do push-ups, crunches, squats, and run everyday, so I am not exactly a couch potato...lol. I also intermittent fast everyday and try to keep a disciplined lifestyle as best as possible. Thanks!

I hope this review aids you in your case studies. Honestly, I don't care about the contest, I just want to help you with your study.
