I didn't start with any significant gut issues, so my new regimen with Total Restore hasn't resulted in any exceptional differences. I do also supplement with Dr. Mercola's products. I will continue and so far so good.

I've been taking Total Restore, three pills a day, for a month. I have more energy and definitely notice when I miss a dose. However, my labs, specifically glucose and triglycerides, don't seem to be improving much. I am thinking that this will take longer to notice, I plan on continuing to take Total Recall for the time being.

It has worked just as I had hoped and just as they said. I am 80 years old. I have several issues due to age. I will not go down without a fight.

I have had problems with energy. My body seems to demand more rest than ever. In about three weeks of taking the supplements, I definitely noticed more energy. I went east to visit my sons and on my return, I went on a plan to lose weight and get in better shape. I have lost 8 lbs in two weeks.

I am now in my third week and in my last order, I added prebiotics, which I hope will help.

I do feel better in the few weeks that I have been taking Total Restore. Bloating and sore joints have improved. However, I can't tell if that is due to diet or the supplement or both. I have gradually changed my diet to be more in line with what Dr. Gundry recommends while educating myself by reading his first book.

It is helping both my wife and I, but my wife has fairly extensive medical issues and they all interact with her system. I've been told many times heal the gut, and you'll heal the rest of the system; hence, we are trying to go in that direction.

So far so good! I've been taking it for about a month. I experience more frequent elimination and fully formed turds! Haha! So fun talking about poop! So that means my digestion is better. I'm hoping for a feeling of greater energy eventually, but there are so many factors affecting a feeling of well being...diet, exercise, etc. I do like the product.

I didn't notice any change at first. I am now on my second bottle and realized there is something changing. I am sleeping through the night but still have a little trouble going to sleep. I have noticed I have started to have more energy throughout the day.

In January I got a stress fracture in my meniscus and haven't been moving as much as I was. Needless to say, sitting a lot does not do much for the rest of your body! Over the past year, I have been slowly gaining weight. There was and is much stress in my life being in a very demanding profession. I felt that I had to eat to cope with the stress and be able to function through the situations. I tried to cut down my food but I either could not function or felt even worse.

I don't have leaky gut, but I was using this to bring restoration to my gut, more of a preventive step against sickness. I'm choosing to eat less and do intermittent fasting. I expecting to lose an average of 5 lbs a month. I see my stomach become smaller.
