I've been working with improving my digestion, which has required a fairly involved process of soaking and boiling tea to bring to work with me daily. Some of the same ingredients are in Total Restore, so I have been using Total Restore when I don't have the ability to make the tea (travel, schedule, etc.). It seems to be working well on helping to provide some balance. I can't speak to consistent use, and the nuances for what people are working within their bodies, but the ingredients are helpful for me. It's nice to have something that I don't have to make into a tea, and yet, I think sipping the tea may work better for continuously releasing some of the effects of the ingredients throughout the day.

I have used the whole bottle of Total Restore, as I usually wait a complete month to see if the product is working. It took two weeks to see the effects of Total Restore. The product did not completely resolve the gut issues I have but they are better. I will buy another month's worth, maybe two months, to see if the product will completely resolve my issues.

I am a type 2 diabetic and the insulin I take reeks havoc on my digestion. I have tried Antacids (worked for a while), Kombucha (worked for a while), baking soda (worked for a while), and now Total Restore. Total Restore has minimized my symptoms; but, I will have to see if they come back as they did with the other products I tried.

I will write another review after the second month.

So far, I haven't gotten into the habit of taking three capsules per day, but I have noticed a decrease in constipation with only two. That is really all I can say, as I have only been taking them for about three weeks.

Hi, if you're thinking about taking this product then go ahead. I’ve only been taking it less than a month, and I feel great, all my food cravings have gone, I have lost weight already, my gut feels much better, but I am sure it will improve more and more. The only downside is the customs cost, which makes it a bit expensive, but I must keep buying it.

I am sleeping a bit better and gas is less. No weight loss, even though I am mindful of my nutrition intake. I take it every morning, and I expected more by now. Maybe I need to take more product more often. What is the limit recommendation?

My husband was diagnosed with Barrett's and has had gut punch feeling and difficulty eating almost anything. He had a repeat Endoscopy last week which showed no evidence of Barrett's. About the time he started taking Total Restore his symptoms lessened (about one month prior to the repeat Endo), and he was able to eat more variety in foods. He also had to continue a very low dose of Omeprazole for a few months which did not seem to impact his symptoms prior to taking Total Restore. I've had esophageal reflux as well and am taking Restore. My symptoms are abating somewhat despite not changing my diet.

After listening to the web message about this product, I didn't feel that I suffered from leaky gut particularly, but I got the impression that this product would be of great help in maintaining a healthy body.

It is only about two week since I received Total Restore, but I do think that in this short time I am feeling extremely healthy with lots of vigor on a daily basis

The main reason that I decided to purchase Total Restore though was that during the rather lengthy talk from the doctor I thought I heard him state that the product was beneficial to the general health of the vascular system and the lining of the arteries.

My hope is that I can improve on a deterioration in the lining of my main arteries in both legs, from below the knees to my feet, which has been detected from an MRA scan, but apart from this rather shocking news, I am in general very good health.

I have been advised to walk more and the consultant prescribed a statin and also another drug, Clopidogrel, to affect the blood platelets and to help avoid any clots.

He said that's all they could do for me, as a replacement surgery would be very dangerous in view of my age. I am 84, but I am otherwise in pretty good health.

I ventured the question of a carefull diet approach along the lines of Dr. Grundy's Diet Evolution which I have just got a copy of in order to hopefully derive health benefits that would help to improve the Endothelial lining and a better condition of that part of my vascular system that has been seen to be affected.

I am afraid that I got no encouragement at all from the doctors here in England that the dietary approach would help the situation and that the only thing they could hope for is that the prescription would help prevent any clots.

However, after getting into the dietary advice from Dr. Grundy's Evolution book I have a certain amount of confidence that I shall reap some benefit in improving my circulation condition especially as the MRA scan showed my heart and the rest of my vascular system was doing fine. So as I stated initially in this review, I am hoping that Total Restore will be of help because of the health benefits that have been found to be of great benefit to the body. If Dr. Grundy was able to read my comments, I would be very grateful if he had any other suggestions that I could pursue to try and achieve some regeneration of the problem area I have described.

I have also just ordered some Leptin Block after reading the doctor's report and I am determined to follow his books guidance in regard to better health. Hopefully in regard to my review, Dr. Grundy might have time to make some comments that will help to strengthen my belief that there is a better approach than just taking the two prescribed drugs and hoping there are no clots developing.

I noticed a change in my digestive system. Constipation is all but gone, but I still am taking a herbal preparation when a day passes, and I don't have a bowel movement. Indigestion has not been an issue for me in the past two weeks. I still have abdominal gas, but much less than before. Only one case of heartburn, GERD in the past three weeks. I have also virtually eliminated lectin containing food. Three days ago I did have a slice of ripe Beefsteak tomato on a hamburger, and it tasted wonderful.

Knowing that I must avoid the nightshade family is helping too. I am committed to using Total Restore for six months, and I anticipate I shall be feeling wonderful before then!

I have been using Total Restore for about four weeks now and am noticing some subtle but notice differences. I am sleeping better and am losing some weight. I have lost 5 pounds but am also eating more carefully. It has not seemed to affect my indigestion much but maybe it will with more time.

Since I have started taking Total Restore, I find that my stomach, in general, is just feeling better. I also don’t have the cravings nor the desire to eat in between meals. Eat junk that is! On the whole, I would say, so far, so good!

I have been on Total Restore for 30 days. I feel more energy and a reduced appetite. Not sure if I have lost weight at this time. I have better joint movement since I started Total Restore. I used to take Joint Juice prior to Total Restore and feel a little better than before. I have been taking one capsule at a time and wondering if I should take them all at once.
