I just finishing my first bottle. I am starting to see improvement in my symptoms and feeling all the time. I feel that any products I order from Doctor Gundry are beneficial to my health.

I've been taking Total Restore for about 40 days now, and I've noticed a dramatic increase in my energy levels (almost too much, if that's a thing)! I'm up earlier, and doing a lot more around the house; mowing, washing windows, and working in the garden, which includes planting, watering, pruning and weeding. I'm discovering that I can't sit still!

I began taking the Total Restore supplement when I first changed my diet to Dr. Gundry's version of the food pyramid and have been mostly faithful with very good results. I lost 5 lbs in about three weeks, and my end of day energy rate has improved quite a bit. I am small-boned, short, (5'1"), 70 years old, and if I lose about 3-4 more lbs, I'll be back down to my ideal weight of 103.

Before ordering more Total Restore, I'll go a month without it, while following the diet. This is a lifestyle change, and it appears to be a good one for me. If I can maintain the results without expensive pills, I will certainly recommend the diet. I haven't bought any Gundry books, either, so you probably won't print my review.

I have noticed a big change in my gut. My irritability has decreased dramatically as have the loose stools. I can tolerate foods better without the stomach pains and running to the bathroom.

I also take Vital Reds. That has really helped my low energy level. I'm 62 years old and don't exercise on a regular basis, but I do a lot of yard type work, which is a pretty good periodic workout. I have definitely found that my appetite has subsided substantially. I feel good and really don't know what else to tell you. Thank you, Dr. Gundry.

P.S. My 30-year-old daughter has a serious problem with mold spores. Any suggestions?

I have only been using the Total Restore pills for a short time, and have cut out some of the items mentioned in the video, and I believe that I am seeing a change. It's not dramatic, but from what I can tell, it is positive.

I just ordered and received a canister of Energy Renew and will be taking that along with the Total Restore. Are there any known problems with taking Energy Renew with Losartan HCTZ and the Crestor generic prescription to lower Cholesterol?

I haven't been able to check with my internist as of today.

There's enough of a difference to continue. I was skeptical of the claims made for Total Restore but there was something that made me want to try it nevertheless. I've been on it for a month. While I can't say there's a dramatic difference I do sense that I have a bit more energy. I'm glad I ordered the 3 month supply so that I can more fully experiment and lay any reservations to rest.

I am almost finished with the first of three bottles I ordered of Total Restore. I had ordered this product with the hopes that it would help my chronic constipation and stomach pain. Since taking Total Restore, I am noticing improvement with both of these problems. I look forward to taking the remaining bottles to see if I have additional improvement.

Feeling good. I lost 24 lbs with exercise and no more bloating! I feel the cost is high, but health is worth it! My skin feels a lot smoother as well. However, it has not helped my arthritis pain! I have been on high blood pressure meds for years and my doctor says I might not need them any longer!

As a retired research scientist, I am always skeptical of any kind of diet, and having always been healthy, I have never tried any kind of diet. But reading the book Plant Paradox gave me quite a jolt!

I was eventually convinced by the substantial body of legitimate scientific testing conducted, that backs up each claim made in the book. Eventually, I began the Gundry eating program as a test. At around three months now, I probably should admit that I am a convert.

I had a rocky start with Gundry's first two supplements. But I gave those another try. At this point, I have now purchased all of Gundry's supplements described in the book. Total Restore is my last supplement purchase and the one I probably like the most. It actually does give me a lift in the morning.

Since all sugar has been removed by the Gundry program, there is no energy food left that will substitute for the missing sugar boost I used to get. Between the Vital Reds and this Total Restore, I now get that energy boost in the morning. This is no small accomplishment!
