I started 25 days ago. Energy is definitely good, a little stomach upset, maybe in combo with other vitamins I take. I take it with my Vital Reds in a smoothie in the morning. But I do not feel the fatigue that I have felt so often in the past. I hope once the system gets used to it the results will be even better.

As I heard your information about not being able to lose weight, but you were exercising and eating right, I right away said, "That is me!" There have been times where I have exercised for three months and have not lost a single pound. Now, after taking Total Restore for a month and watching what I am eating, I am not bloated anymore and have been able to lose 10lbs. Thank you Dr. Gundry.

I started taking Total Restore because I have had GI tract problems for at least several years, maybe a lot longer. I was not symptomatic

For Acid Reflux or Barrets Esophagus but after several upper GI scopings, tests show I have both. I had a bad experience with Omeprazole DR (diarrhea often 15 to 20 times a day) after I quit Omeprazole that went down to 3 to 5 times a day. Once I started Total Restore, bowel movements have mostly been normal. I am hopeful this continues to improve.

I'm not even sure when I started my trial of Total Restore, but since taking it, I've noticed less overall bloating. I continued taking my OTC probiotic as well, and I'm not sure if taking them both helped with the bloating or not. I have just taken my last capsule today and would really like to order more, however, since watching the video on the Lectin Shield, I'm wondering which would be better? Or how the two differ. I plan on calling for help on this because I was pleased with what I've experienced.

Yes, I'm feeling I have more energy and can climb a flight of steps without being as short of breath as I normally would. This is significant for me as I have been diagnosed as having moderate Emphysema with approx 50% lung capacity.

Prior to using Total Restore, my lungs have stabilized and Forced Expiratory Volume has increased to around 60%. People at church have prayed for me. The Respiratory Specialist also recommended I keep moving and lose weight which is easier said than done.

I had been taking Total Restore for a few days when my blood pressure was measured and found to be substantially lower than usual, and have lost 2 kg to date. The nurse usually taking my blood pressure was astounded. I'm having more routine tests done over the next several weeks (Cardiac, Respiratory and other) and am keen to get the results. I will keep you posted.

Improvement in digestion and overall comfort without the usual discomfort of bloating and gaseous sensations of after-meal syndrome. Sleep has improved also.

Some weight loss. I have a hypothyroid condition and have been unable to control weight. My weight before starting Gundry products was at a constant 148 lbs. (I'm 5'2" and ideal weight is 120lbs). Presently I am at 132lbs. I need a good exercise program, my fault.

For me, Grundy has been beneficial, and I'm grateful. Pricey but with practical budgeting, I'm managing to hang in there for the overall health benefits.

I started taking Total Restore because it was suggested that it can help with GERDS. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks now and it may be helping with my GERDS problem. I stopped taking Omeprazole about one year ago and switched at that time to Zantac. Then about 4 months ago I stopped taking Zantac and began using eternal water with a PH of 7.8 to 8.2. I find a glass of this water seems to prevent acidic reflux during the night. Then I added Total Restore 2 weeks ago. I am hopeful after 2 months or so my GERD symptoms will continue to lessen.

I have noticed a difference in how I feel, my stools are very solid, and I go regularly three times a day. I have experienced weight loss with what I'm eating and also exercise. I will continue to use Total Restore, but, I wish there were more pills in the bottle, but I will be ordering more.

On and off for several years now, I have had periodic 'flare-ups' of gastritis. I have not had a flare-up in more than a year, but my stomach often felt it was on the verge of having one, with semi-regular minor stomach-lining discomfort. I am approaching the halfway point in my 90-day/3-bottle 'test,' and although I will stop short of making a 'miraculous' improvement announcement, I do feel I am experiencing at least some improvement.
