Although I have only been taking Total Restore for 2 weeks, I have to say it was only a couple of days before I noticed a positive change and can feel a calmness in my gut. After having read the book - Longevity Paradox (I happen to spot this at the local library) and researching Dr. Gundry further on the internet I decided to try the diet described in his book and also ordered Total Restore. I lost 10 lbs almost immediately and I am sleeping a lot better as well. My energy level is remarkable as a result and I find myself involved in a lot more activities on a daily basis. My skin has also become a lot softer and all the white/grey spots under my eyes have disappeared. The elimination of rice, pasta, and dairy products from my diet and eating the prescribed fruits and vegetables along with the Total Restore has made an incredible difference. Total Restore has dramatically reduced the number of "yucky-gut" days I experience! For several months I was almost incapacitated by bloating, fatigue, alternating constipation and diarrhea, and general "upset-tummyness".
