I just want to say thank you Dr. Gundry. Since 2004 I had noticed I was having problems with my digestive system. Acid refluxes, food just coming back out without throwing up, passing gases to the point that my husband went to sleep in another room, bloatedness, diarrhea, burping constantly, constipation...

I went to a gastroenterologist and had done an endoscopy and colonoscopy. My diagnosis was H. pylori. Did one treatment in 2004 and my symptoms went better. Back in 2010, it all came back and I was treated twice for the same H. pylori, then in 2018 the symptoms came back and another gastro doctor did a colonoscopy and found intestinal erosion? And diverticulitis...I was treated with antibiotics, got better, but some symptoms persisted, to the point wine will stay in my stomach making me feel fermented inside...Until I found Total Restore. I decided to take 3 pills at once. A few minutes later felt my stomach and intestine warmed up for a couple of hours. Then went to the bathroom and noticed my feces were really dark. I then had wine and voila...did not had the fermentation feeling anymore. Thank you so much! It has to be a great experience.

To be honest, Total Restore started working for me during the 2nd month of taking 3 capsules a day with 8 ounces of water. After approximately 45 days, I had less bloating, less gas, and I could feel the soothing effect Total Restore was having on my intestinal system. I would advise that you take Total Restore to make your stomachaches less frequent and to ease your gas and bloating. It has been healing my gut biome slowly but surely. However, please consult your endocrinologist about licorice root and how it affects the adrenal gland. I take it for 2-3 months, then 2 months of Vital Reds, then back to Total Restore.

I started taking Total Restore since I read Dr. Gundry’s cv and knew he was the real deal and his product was worth a try.

After a few days of taking the Total Restore, the bloaty feeling went away, needless to say, how regular I was going.

So far so good. More energy, less cravings. I've lost 5 lbs since I started this about a month ago. I'm always on the go and don't have time to go to the gym. I try to eat healthy, but I do indulge from time to time. This product helps me incredibly. I highly recommend.

I have taken the pills for a month now, 3 a day, and I feel better in terms of aches and pains due to ortho arthritis. I think my constipation is a little better. I feel like I have more energy, especially when I first get up in the morning and don't seem to need as much sleep as I have prior to starting the pills.

When I received product I started it straight away. Within the week, I was experiencing more energy (huge benefit) and a more regular digestive tract! I started taking the product for I had all the symptoms of leaky gut.

Within a week of starting Total Restore, my arthritis pain has diminished considerably. Range of motion has improved and I have more energy. It is obvious after a month that is has helped reduce my inflammation. At first it made me constipated but that resolved within a week. Love the product!

I used to suffer from severe reflux every day, no matter what I ate! After taking Total Restore and Lectin Shield for one week, I stopped having reflux all the time and only had it occasionally. Now, after having taken both products for over a month, I haven’t had reflux at all! I can even eat my favorite tacos and some spicy foods I could never have eaten before Total Restore. This is the best product out there (I think I’ve tried them all) and I will never let myself run out!
