Gundry MD Total Restore Reviews

I have read Dr. Gundry's latest book and even have his new cookbook. I thought since I have read his book, that I needed to start taking some of his supplements. I started with this one and it has worked very well for me. I think my "gut bugs" are getting straightened out but the use of this product. I work with a functional medicine doctor, and he even recommended this product to me. That is a very high recommendation from my point of view. I will continue taking it for a very long time.

I notice a difference in my stomach not hurting after I ate. And I was not using the full dosage recommended of Total Restore. I will be ordering more and using the full dosage this time. I think this is an awesome product and I've told family members about this product.

I have just finished one bottle of Total Restore. I feel less bloated and have no more abdominal pain. Digestive issues have disappeared. Seems to really help "leaky gut."

Food allergies have improved. The overall health of my gut microbiome has really gotten better.

I am taking Amlodipine 5mg and Candesartan 8mg to reduce my blood pressure as well as Pantoprazole to help heal an esophageal ulcer and acid reflux. I use Rennies as needed for the reflux. I had a sleeve gastrectomy in 2014 to help me lose weight but keeping it off even with a smaller stomach has been a challenge.

I saw Dr. Gundry's video as I was playing my favorite game on my phone (Wordscapes) and thought I would try his products. I started with the Total Restore as I wanted to have, better gut health and I wanted to get rid of my belly fat. I have noticed a reduction in my waist just from the fact that my pants are not as tight as they used to be. Unfortunately, I didn't do a before and after measurement.

I still have two more bottles of Total Restore and I am expecting great results, I am scheduled to have an upper GI mid-January to check on the status of the ulcer. My goal for this birth year is to get off of all meds and focus on a healthier lifestyle, better-eating habits, add exercise to the equation and some additional Gundry products. I've been traveling a lot and smoothies have not been doable on a regular basis. That has to change.

I suffer with acid reflux, and since I started on the Total Restore, I feel much better. I also noticed I have better energy. The problem I have is I feel so good I find myself eating more because it doesn’t hurt to eat now. So my question is this, do you sell a pill for that issue? All I can say is thank you.

I have enjoyed other Gundry MD products so I was interested to try Total Restore. Then again, I was skeptical when it came and the directions said to take three capsules a day since with other products that has usually meant that it just doesn't work. For some reason, the more capsules I have to take the less it works. I am happy to say that is NOT the case with Total Restore. It has helped with an ongoing chronic problem with digestion and has helped restore regularity. I will continue to order Total Restore when this supply runs out as it is excellent and has worked well for me.

I really love it. I had maybe two bad days since starting the program. The only thing is I'm on a fixed income and won't be able to buy it every month. I surely can't afford the big quantity, I would like to stay on for one more month. I could just buy like every other month.

When I first started Total Restore, it gave me heartburn. I called customer service. Explained that this was the only change I made, so I was pretty sure the heartburn came from this. They recommended taking one tablet with breakfast and lunch. It worked. I added Lectin Shield, WOW what results! I've lost 6 pounds so far, but the best part is I feel so much better.

Since I started taking Total Restore, I have been overwhelmed with the urge to get my cravings for junk food at bay. I have recommended this product to everyone I know, and I hope they take the same step I did to turn my body back into the natural machine it was created to be. Finally, something a person can believe in. The only way back on track for a person is to start at the core, right where Total Restore starts. I believe in this product, and hope everyone will give it a try.

I have been keenly interested in health and nutrition since 1980 when I first learned that an unhealthy soil produces unhealthy plants, animals, and people. Since then I have farmed with organic methods, but regardless, it is impossible to acquire all the health-giving nutrients needed for a healthy life from the food we eat for various reasons. At 60 I started to suffer from joint and muscle pain and stiffness and have been working to turn that around for nearly two years. I assumed my condition was from a leaky gut. When several weeks ago I started taking Total Restore, a noticeable improvement in my condition was apparent. Enough so that I plan on continuing the use of Total Restore.

Since I have started taking the pills, I have no more stomach pain and my bowel movements are solid. Also, no more heartburn. I have had a rash on the back of my neck for years and the rash is almost gone. My eczema, which I have had on my hands for years, is not flaring up. I am always itchy, not anymore. I am amazed how many things Total Restore is helping with, I am not as fatigued.
