I started using the Prebiothrive about three weeks ago. I have noticed that my cravings seem to be a lot more under control. I am using the mix in the morning. However, I think I will start using it also at night to see if I have better results. I haven't weighed myself yet, and I still feel sluggish, but it's also because I haven't totally eliminated the 'bad' foods. I am slowly getting off the foods that aren't good for me, especially the artificial sweeteners. I'm hoping to keep seeing good results as I do that as well. I will keep at it to see how it goes after I complete the first 30 days.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
