I will be 62 in a couple of days. After retiring in 2016, I have slowly gained weight on top of my already overweight condition. I moved from Cleveland, Ohio to Wilmington, North Carolina in 2018. We moved into an 55 and over community (Del Webb Wilmington). I have always been active and in good shape most of my life until I was 50.
