At first, I felt less bloated but this week I've had a side ache each day.
There have been times that we've forgotten to take the pills before supper so we went without since you're supposed to take them before.
We have not been following any specific regimen except for watching what we eat and how much, but we have done a mile walk each day.

So far, I’m feeling much better than usual. I’m usually a gassy individual and that has decreased significantly. I’ve tried a lot of other gas preventers like Beano or simethicone, and nothing has had as great an effect as this.
I have to learn to drink more water than usual on this or I’ll have mild constipation, which is not the norm for me.

I am relatively happy with the product. Definite improvement in my bowel movement, no weight loss. It has been 2 weeks and I have an improvement in my fatigue levels. I will keep taking the product...maybe it will take a little longer for weight loss?

I am feeling noticeably better inside my stomach - less bloating and bowel movements are easier. Stool coloration seems better. Skin seems to be softer.

It's only been the 2nd week, but so far so good. The olive oil is awesome. It helps keep the weight off and skin and nails gorgeous. I am going on my 3rd bottle, 2 capfuls daily. I love it!

I think it is still early to tell being I am only about halfway with the first bottle. But early on I was going to the bathroom more but it wasn't a discomfort feeling only I would go more often than usual and just a few days ago, I am back to my usual daily routine.
I used to have a bit of pain in my lower abdomen, nothing excruciating, just something I could feel every so often but I haven't felt anything the last couple of days. Other than that, I haven't noticed much else. Probably in time I will be able to note other things.
"Bottom Line" is too early for me to determine, but since it is required to answer, I say no for now, but I am not certain.

Bio Complete 3 worked better than anticipated! My indigestion went away along with urgent and loose bowel movements. It’s improved my lifestyle as I no longer have urgency concerns.
I’m using my second order now and plan to continue due to the issues it’s solved!

I had been admitted to the hospital quite recently for gastritis and have been diagnosed to have gastritis issues. This episode was twice within 6 months - went through the X-rays, CT scan, MRI, and in late February for Gastroscopy. I have been taking it for about a month and my sugar/food cravings are almost non-existing. My GI issues have improved a bit but I will give it more time to see if they resolve. What is madding is the pricing it can range from $23-$69. They send you deals but they expire, and when you buy at one price they offer you more at a lower price. That alone makes me want to stop taking it even though it’s working. Please stop the nonsense and just have one reasonable price.

I actually had not been experiencing any digestion issues but was intrigued by the explanation of how my gut bacteria can affect my overall health. I had heard the theory before and decided to try Bio Complete 3. I have been taking the capsules as instructed and have to say that I am experiencing very little difference after two weeks. That being said, I have noticed a drop in my desire for sugar and I do feel less hunger during most of the day. I am encouraged by this and will keep taking the capsules and continue to update my review. Four stars for now for the drop in desire for sweets!
