I had a heart attack and heart surgery. I have tended to collect fluid in my legs. For that reason, I was put on a diuretic and encouraged not to drink a lot of water. That resulted in constipation. Since I started using Bio Complete, that has solved my problem with constipation.
Now I don't want to be without it.

It is a very good product. I like the fact that it is in capsule form. I don't like powders that need to be mixed in water or juice to cover up the bad taste. Or tablets that are powdery and hard to swallow.
Also, it is easy to take at any time of day, with or without food. I felt a lot less bloated and had more energy than usual.

My one sister has more of a problem than I or another. The one sister is taking 4 per day as described and progress! Loves your product! When I take 1 per day I can go like 3 times per day. My other sister has not tried it yet.

In the beginning, the bowel movements were hard and solid, occurring only once per day. Then, after a week, mushy movements began. No other physiological effects were noticeable. I am not sure what to look for as there is nothing that is meaningful.

Began on March 18th - 177.6 lbs. Took as directed - stomach was calmed and smaller.
Meanwhile, read your Plant Paradox and did the 3-day cleanse on April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Now very confused - do I take Bio Complete 3 and follow the diet or what?
As of today, I weigh 174 and my clothes fare itting better and BMs regular.

More regular bowel movements. Other than that all I can say is taking 4 capsules daily is an inconvenience! I purchased a 6-month supply and I'll be glad when it is gone.
