I am really impressed how completely it has changed my daily bathroom routine! I have become extremely regular and usually am done with my daily routine, soon after I wake up. I am surprised that I started sleeping better and not having to get up to use the bathroom at night, multiple times! I’ve talked with my wife and she wants to try it too!

This has been an enlightening experience for me, to learn about prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics. This is something that should be taught in school at all levels. Instead, all kids know is burgers, fries, and pizza. To have these essentials wrapped up in one supplement is amazing! I have IBS with constipation. For the first time in my life, because of Dr. Gundry's video, I understand about this part of nutrition.

I really appreciated the explanation of gut health and function that Dr. Gundry presented in the video advertisement. I also thought the science behind this supplement was compelling. Although it has only been about a month that my wife has been taking this product, she has already expressed a noticeable difference. I bought this after watching an online ad. I was suffering from constant sugar cravings and intestinal issues. With eating less and less cravings I’ve been able to lose 9 lbs in 1 month.

I had tried the Bio Thrive powders and was so surprised when Gundry MD made it that much easier by including prebiotics, probiotics, and post biotics in an easy-to-take pill form. I’ve just started with the Bio Complete 3 added it to my supplements and vitamins in the morning and I’m already loving what it’s doing for my gut health.

Going to the bathroom at work was a big worry for me. I honestly never knew how long I'd be there. I suffer from gastroparesis. The bloating, constipation, and incomplete feeling when trying to have a BM were making my life miserable, and that's with a doctor-prescribed medication daily. I've added Bio Complete 3 and it's changed everything. Morning BM, check, then if I need to go during the day, it happens! Can't explain how wonderful this is for me! Then the great side effect of a really significant decreased craving of sweets! Didn't expect that, don't know why it's happening but I'll gladly take it! I was very worried about spending money on this product but as of right now I'm really thankful I have. No more uncomfortable bloating and cramps, and the regular BM is something that has been missing for too long. Thank you Dr. Gundry.

Only after two days of taking Bio Complete 3 did I start to notice better energy turn around from food sources, cleaner stools with more regularity, and feeling less bloated overall. I definitely feel improved and can expect after taking this for several months will probably revolutionize my GI health overall! Definitely recommended to anyone looking for quick definitive results!

I have faithfully taken four capsules every day since I started, and have just completed my first bottle. I have noticed improvement with less frequency of the loose and urgent BMs I was having every day, down to just one or two a bit more firm every day. Last night I did not stay with the dietary guidelines about dropping whole wheat, dairy, tomatoes, etc., and had two glasses of wine instead of one. Today, I am back to where I was before I started. I am back to it, so I hope to be over this setback soon.
