Groove rings are above all others. One thing that sets them apart (other than the quality craftsmanship and the many designs you can get) is the people behind the ring. Anytime I have had a question or an issue, the staff have been very helpful and quick to resolve. Just as their site claims there is a "no questions asked" policy if there is ever a need to use warranty claim.

Not only do I love my Groove rings, but the customer service was fantastic. I have a few rings and purchased one for my husband for Christmas. I am an artist - I work both in a glassblowing art studio and as a full-time ceramic artist.

I recently got engaged and a silicone ring seemed like a good idea for me; I tend to be annoyingly aware of rings when I wear them, they get caught on things, and I’m always concerned about them breaking, as I work in fields that are very tough on my hands.

I ordered a "thin aspire cactus blossom" ring, and didn’t take it off for 4-5 months. It never bothered my fingers, I didn’t have to take it off even when throwing pottery on the wheel, I went to weight training classes with it on, worked with 2150 degree glass while wearing it. Never got uncomfortable moisture trapped under the ring, even though I shower with it on. It feels like a part of my hand.

My career is very tough on my hands, and rings are no exception - because the ring I chose has a patterned outside, the decorative coating started to wear off. I don’t hold it against the ring - I have ceramic artist friends that have noticed that even their metal rings would eventually wear down against my media.

I wasn’t sure if this counted under warranty, and I’m so terrible with technology that I was worried I wouldn’t be able to jump through loopholes and figure out how to get an exchange if I did qualify.

It took me less than two minutes to find the customer service chat - I briefly explained the problem at 10pm, went to bed, and woke up with a replacement already on the way, less than no hassle. I’ve never experienced an easier or better customer experience.

Summary - got a ring, love it, never take it off - my job eventually causes the outside color coating to wear off, receive a free replacement with the lifetime warranty within 30 minutes of sending a quick message to customer service. 10/10.

I ordered a ring for myself and my wife. She loved hers but mine was not what I thought it would be. This was my second ring from them. I liked the style of my first ring, so I emailed them and asked what I needed to do to exchange this new one for one that was the same style as my first ring only in a different color.

I was expecting a back and forth with instructions and etc., but instead, I got a response the next day that said my new ring was on its way! I received it in a few days and am happy with it and the service I got from them. No Hassle Exchange.

I bought my husband 2 of the camo silicone rings and in 2 months, all the color came off both rings. I contacted Groove Life who said replacement was being shipped. These rings are guaranteed. After a month, no replacement has been received. Bad rings and service.

I order 2 NCAA rings. The delivery was fast. My ring is a Texas Longhorn and within 2 weeks the color was gone from one of the horns. I emailed them about the issue. I hadn't checked my email in a few days but a few days later I had a replacement sent to me no questions asked. Great customer service and I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I ordered 2 rings for my husband for Christmas on December 2, 2019. It’s now 16 days later and I still have not received my order. The tracking order you provided still shows no information. I don’t believe you ever shipped my order. You shut off your phones so you couldn’t be reached and made your customers leave you messages on Facebook Messenger to try to get information about their order. I had several unproductive and non-informative messages on there just being told even though my tracking number gave me ZERO info on where my order was, that it was on it’s way to me. I finally, out of pure frustration, told you to cancel my order and return my money so I could order with another company. Tennessee to Panama City is not that far apart, I vacation in TN every year. Your representative still swore my order had been shipped and even though I canceled my order I would still receive my order free of charge (I’m assuming because your customer service and product delivery time was so horrible). Yet here I am still no rings and extremely disappointed with your company. I own a business myself and I assure you we have NEVER conducted business in this manner, we would lose our customers.

They were great with replacing my ring for a bigger size. They made the process so easy and when buying the ring I voiced a concern about their website when it came to the trouble of paying on my phone and they ensured that didn’t leave me unsatisfied with their service. They care highly about customer satisfaction and the ring is absolutely perfect my husband loves it. GO DAWGS!

I have ordered several rings from Groove. The second ring I ordered for my husband ended up being the wrong one that I ordered, but Groove immediately replaced the ring. Online customer service was excellent. All of my experiences with online customer service has not been great. Yours, however, was very good. I did not know there were sizes on the inside of your rings. When your representative told me this, we were able to determine that I was sent the wrong size ring and a replacement was immediately sent out. With other companies, I would have been charged for the replacement and get a credit when the wrong one was received by the company. In this case, I did not feel like I made a mistake. The replacement is on its way without a nasty gram. I appreciate this level of customer service. Thank you.

My order wasn’t filled but the first order I ever made was. Then my change of address was ignored with my new order going to the old address. And now you ask for a review of Jenny who did nothing.

First I just want to say that the quality of your rings are excellent and that is why I chose to order a second one. However, I was pretty disappointed in the customer service that I received today. This is the second ring I’ve ordered and the first one I absolutely love! Recommended you to many friends at work. On Saturday night, I ordered a ring for my brother and had the customized engraving 12.10.85. Immediately upon placing the order, I realized that it should have been 12.10.82! I immediately sent a message stating the correction that needed to be made, and at 6:56 AM on Monday, I get an email stating sorry your ring has already been engraved and ready for shipment. I don’t know how that is even possible. After reading several reviews, I saw where people ordered the wrong sizes and you immediately sent another one at no charge. I’m pretty disappointed and will think before I make recommendations to friends again.

In November 2018, we decided we needed to purchase rings. My husband and I were only dating at the time but he’s a mechanic and needed something durable. We had tried another type of ring but his didn’t fit and mine wasn’t what I thought. I came across Groove Life rings and we were sold at the fact that they had LSU in their collegiate collection. My husband had his ring 3 months when it came off in a motor they were working on and came out the exhaust. He wound up losing it at that point. So we replaced it with the warranty that Groove Life has. Here we are a year later and now my camp Aspire Spin ring has split. Contacted the people at Groove Life and was able to have one of their amazing team order my ring through warranty. I am always bragging to people not only about my ring and the comfort of it. I love Groove rings because they are better than the rest. Period. End of story, no other way to describe it. I’ve tried other brands and they leave my finger sweating, white, and a little like bad body odor at times. You know like when you’ve been in the bathtub too long. These are by far superior than any other one I’ve tried, and that’s quite a few. I wouldn’t trade them for another brand. I began to wear silicone rings when a friend of mine lost his finger in a farm accident because his wedding ring caught on equipment. Not going back, this is a great way to keep my wedding ring on and feel safe from losing a finger at the same time.

My wife is in the medical field and lost her $800 white gold wedding band when taking off a latex glove. I'm a handyman unable to wear my Tungsten band. Both of us went silicon with Groove Life.
