I originally ordered a custom engraved ring as a present. When the ring arrived it was not the correct ring. Apparently my order had been mixed up with someone else's order. I informed customer service and I do admit they were fast to help out. I snapped a pic of the wrong ring and they sent the correct one out right away. I, however, missed giving it as a gift so I was bummed out. Due to that experience, I gave a 1-star review.
Recently a received an email asking about my review and what could be done to make me happy. I explained how I felt and they were very apologetic and disappointed that I was not satisfied. I was offered either a 50% refund on my order or a free ring. I was somewhat skeptical but was impressed by the level of customer service at this point. I ended up choosing a free ring, the original nomad burled walnut. They sent my free ring out the next day. Two days later it shows up in the mail. The ring is awesome! Extremely comfortable, looks awesome, all around awesome! The person who received the first ring is also 100% satisfied. They love their ring! Groove is 100% on point with the customer service and they really do care if you're not satisfied. My review is now 5 stars and I 100% recommend Groove rings to everyone. Also, I feel the need to mention both Lisa and Christy. Impeccable customer service!
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
