I didn't order a ring but I ordered 4 belts. It was great that Rachel responded, asking for my backer number and email that I ordered with. I told her I don't know the backer number but gave her my email. I really can't rate her though because I still haven't gotten an answer to my question. I'm an early bird and was told quite a while ago that I should have received an email to choose which belts but I still haven't received it and no one is really answering my question.

Ordered 1st ring, it was cut and they replaced it! My wife purchased another one for me and it was great until I lost it. Ordered a new one (Zeus) and a replacement and they are awesome products and even better customer service! I'm a loyal Groove customer now!

Very high-quality rings that don't break me out like other companies do. Their customer service is amazing, too. I had the incredible misfortune of losing my ring in Lake Ouachita during a daring floatie rescue, but Groove Life replaced it immediately! Their no B.S. warranty is legit.

I ordered two rings (February 2020) then I was sent another, I tried to return it and they said it was a mistake and to just keep it. Well, I gave it away as I didn't feel right to keep it. Two out of three rings need to be replaced. One has the color rubbed off and the "accident" ring has a cut in it. I am wondering if it was a return and they ruin them, send them out as an "accident" and then they are broken and you want it replaced so you order a new one. ALSO, I DID A 40% OFF OFFER, NEVER GOT IT...

Our ring cracked due to lots of handwashing and being a maintenance person involves lots of extremes here in Texas. I sent a picture and also asked if we could size up. Wow! The team was so responsive and before I knew it, a new ring was on the way! We are so excited. We chose Groove because of the camo (again, Texas) design that we love and now we're customers FOR LIFE!

As an archaeologist, I have struggled for years with whether or not to wear my fancy, expensive wedding set while in the field. I HATE not wearing my rings, but I am hard on my hands when doing fieldwork. I recently bought a Groove Life ring and it is PERFECT for when I'm working. It's super comfortable and I don't feel so naked without my wedding set. I'm sure other archaeologists and various field-based scientists would probably agree.

I bought a ring two years ago before joining the military. I have not taken this ring off since and have put it through a lot. I have just recently had to replace it due to a small rip in the ring. I didn’t have it registered and couldn’t find the proof of purchase to exchange it. I contacted customer service on a holiday weekend not expecting an immediate response but yet they contacted me right away and took care of my exchange no questions asked. I will go nowhere else for these types of products. Thanks for being awesome!

I have always worn my wedding diamond and band. On my right hand I wore my mom's rings. Over the years I’ve caused a leak in our waterbed. Recently I have experienced swollen knuckles. Needing to take my rings off so much became hard to do at times. Our daughter and son-in-law have Groove Life rings so because they love them so much I considered it. Only problem was trying to pick which ones I liked the best. I wanted so many of them. A chat with customer service helped me to get my size correct. Love love my rings and so comfortable!

Ok, so I ordered the San Francisco 49er rings in both colors and to be frankly honest here, I don't like them. I FREAKING LOVE THEM! I love the red one, don't get me wrong. I love it, but the black one...ahhhhhh! I love how this ring even feels on my hand! Yeah, Groove Life, you've got yourself a lifelong customer!

I love my Groove rings! I have had other brands that have not impressed me. The customer service at Groove rings is top-notch. I currently wear their rings, because I am a wheelchair user. When metal rings hit door jambs it hurts like heck. I have had no problem with the Groove rings. I love the colors they come in, and so does my wife. Groove ring customer for life! Also, my brother wears one as he is an electrician, and can't wear metal. Great company, highly recommend!

Quick to respond to questions. Also friendly customer service and they throw in a lifetime warranty, absolutely can't beat that. We went to silicon bands a while back and they stretch out quickly. But with a lifetime replacement warranty, this becomes a very reasonably priced product. Can't wait to receive my order!

After reading the website, I reached out to Groove Life to let them know that the ring I purchased less than a year ago at the CrossFit Games.

I received almost an immediate response and in less than 24 hours my replacement ring was shipped at no cost (shipping $3.25).

Every interaction I had was efficient and very pleasant! I am simply amazed in today’s market at how responsive Groove reps were!

I can attest that all my rings going forward will come from this company that demonstrates INTEGRITY in spades!

My Groove Ring experience has been awesome. I recently purchased a ring, but received the wrong size. I sent an email to customer service and received one back from Kimberly immediately. I have bought Groove several times and this is by far my worst experience. You guys have terrible shipping with or without the COVID-19 virus going on. I got my order confirmation and an email saying my item was on the way. Three weeks have passed and I could never see the tracking info. I emailed your team and I wasn’t given any help or customer service. Then I got an email saying my item has been delivered and if I could write a review...my item was never even shipped. I called USPS and they never even got my order. So the first email was a lie saying my item was on the way, then the second email said that my delivery would be late. That was two weeks ago! Then today I get an email that my item is not going to be delivered and I am getting a refund. Very disappointing that I couldn’t even get my item. What makes me most unhappy is that I got my the watch and ring on a deal for both and now I lose out on the deal and I waited three weeks for basically nothing. Can I please get some help as to why my order was canceled and how come I kept getting the runaround?

I do like the Zeus black and grey styles on the Zeus model. They seem to hold up better than any of the other rings. I would definitely recommend the Zeus. I just wish they had other colors to choose from on the Zeus. Maybe they will later, who knows. The warranty seems good so far. Keep groovin.
