One of our creditors hired an agency to recover their money that was one of our debts to Freedom Deby Relief. I called to tell Freedom about it and said that we would fax it to them. The young man said that we could take a picture with our phone and send it and I told him we do not have one of those fancy phones so he gave me the fax number and then also emailed it to me. After three days I called again and asked if they had received it and this time I talked to a young lady that verified that Freedom had received it. Every time I call, the customer service is excellent. They treat you with respect and answer all your questions. My husband and I are seniors and we would recommend Freedom Debt Relief to everyone as they are hard workers helping to make our life better. Thank you.

My experience has been great up until recently. I joined FDR almost 2 years ago. Everything was going well until I deposited a lump sum of funds into my dedicated account to cover the cost of the creditors and fees owed to GET.

Since then I feel like I have not been given a solid answer. When I started the program I was told once enough funds have been deposited into your dedicated account then you can call and have the creditors paid in a lump sum.

Well about a month ago, I deposited enough funds to pay both the creditors and FDR. To the date, FDR is unable to provide me with concrete dates as to when creditors will be paid nor my expected graduation date.

I was told that FDR had changed systems and an exact date of payment to creditors could not be provided but to continue to follow up on my client Dashboard and that my graduation date was near but a specific date could not be provided.

Although customer service has been exceptional, the amount of information that has been provided has had no benefit. My hope was to be done with this and have everyone paid this month but that is not likely to happen. Any concrete information that can be provided would be great. Depending on the outcome of how quickly FDR can get this completed will depend on how likely I will refer anyone to FDR.

So far my experience has been great, everyone has been very helpful, answered all my questions as to how this all works, told me what to expect, and have greatly relieved my stress and worry about what I was going to do about this mess I've made of my finances.

I'm just starting out with Freedom Debt Relief, but so far they have been very easy to work with.

I originally had it set up where I make my monthly payment all at one time, however; this month I needed to change it due to budgeting issues, and they changed it to every two weeks, no problem. Which cut my payment amount in half.

Plus, I can call and change it back any time.

When credit card debts accumulated I felt overwhelmed. Living paycheck to paycheck it was difficult to get by. It felt like the darkness was closing in. Nine years ago I tried calling all my creditors to see if they could work with me on my debt. Due to my husband passing away and it was just me paying the debt and I was struggling with it as well. They all wouldn't do anything for me! I tried different solutions. Didn't want to file bankruptcy but something had to be done! So I called Freedom Debt Relief and spoke with Casey Hough. I couldn't have spoken to a better person. He was so helpful in the needs I was needing at the time. I was scared at first but Casey reassured me as long as I stuck with the program I'll be fine. Not to mention I pay an extra $12 a month for Freedom to speak on my behalf if my creditors ever come after me, well worth $12 a month. I'm glad I called Freedom Debt Relief, it's paying my debt off. Thanks to Freedom Debt Relief I’m going to finally be able to save money so I can move my life forward in a great direction. It was quick and easy to set up and with the way payments are set up I don’t have to stress paycheck to paycheck.

Once I signed the agreement for the change I went to contact customer service about whether the new total would start this current deposit or the next and that the account change I also needed to do had gone through so I didn't have to move funds around. In the chat function, all they could tell me was that the new deposit schedule started June 14th. So I called customer service and they told me yes, the account change had gone through and that the new deposit amount would be pulled on May 14th and the new deposit schedule I was emailed did not include the May 14th deposit at all. The original amount was withdrawn and I ended up scheduling a one-time deposit for the difference since my latest settlement agreement needed the new deposit amount to start this month. When I received the updated deposit list it showed the May 14th deposit at the original amount.

The customer service people were quite polite and helpful, though they gave me slightly incorrect information, which is why I only gave 4 stars.

My husband and I have been with FDR for about 18 months now and they have always worked with us and made sure to explain things to us so that we would understand. I am so happy that we decided to use FDR to get us back on track.

After my mother died my life took a turn for the worse. Seems like everything that could happen was, from the car breaking down to furnace and water heater needing to be replaced. Next thing I know, with life still going on, my debt started to get out of control. As hard as I worked to get my credit score up, I was struggling and worried paycheck by paycheck. Very hesitant and nervous about calling. I knew I needed help. Kyle was so pleasant to deal with and did not make me feel like I had done something wrong and gotten myself into a bad situation. He made me feel that there was help for me. Everyone I have dealt with at FDR has been kind and understanding.

This process has been a very good experience. When I first enrolled I was not sure it was the right choice, but it was the best decision I could have made. Whenever I need to call customer service, they are very helpful, pleasant, and so very good at what they are doing. I wish I had enrolled sooner but this has been a very good experience.

Nice staff. They have good experience and acknowledge as well. I had just like a headache because of my creditors, especially when I forgot sometimes to pay the monthly payments and I tried hard not to forget any of them but it happened and it led to lower my credit score. I tried to work with a different agency but when I checked their score with the BBB I found Freedom was the best because their score was A+. Then I decided to call them and let them help me and I feel very satisfied now and in the future. I recommend them for my friends and for everyone that has trouble with his creditors.

I am still in the process of learning a lesson on money management. This program has offered me an opportunity to rectify some bad financial decisions I made. For nine months I’ve been with FDR I made the regular payments, plus $1000 of extra payments, kept them updated when the first creditor contact me, offering a settlement, they did nothing and the creditor file a lawsuit, FDR and their partners NLLG settled that debt for 100% of the original value and they increased the monthly payment to more than 220% on me for three months.

At this same time, another creditor sent me an email offering settlement for 55% of the debt value, I immediately forwarded the email to FDR, they made no move at all until today, although the offer had a deadline. Toward this negativity from FDR, I contacted this second creditor and managed to settle this debt for 45% of debt value.

All numbers and dates mentioned above are real and can be proved and I urge every debtor to settle their debt with creditors directly without using this disastrous service.

One last proof that this service is not trustable, try to make a negative comment on their Facebook account after few minutes they remove your comment and block you so you can view their account without making comment.

I always took great pride in paying my bills faithfully and on time each month not really considering the unexpected situations that come up in life at times. I found myself suddenly laid off from work and struggling to pay rent, bills, and necessities of life with unemployment benefits that were nowhere near the paychecks I was accustomed to meanwhile searching every day for a job. If not for the love and kindness of family and friends through the months I truly do not know what I would have done. I have since found another job and as grateful as I am it is several dollars less than my previous job so I continued to find myself struggling once again to pay my bills and borrowing money from family and friends without a definitive time frame to pay anyone back, I just fell deeper into debt and this is why I reached out to Freedom Debt Relief. From the beginning everyone is kind and reassuring, they listen to how you found yourself at this point without judgment. Every step of the program and how it will work for you is thoroughly explained so you understand and any questions or concerns are answered right away. I honestly feel like a weight has been lifted from shoulders and I can sleep at night without the constant financial stress, you have to do your part so they can help you and it's worth it, believe me, as soon as you hang up the phone from speaking with a representative you instantly feel positive about the future and see the light at the end of the tunnel from debt. I have just joined FDR and so far the people have been very informative and supportive of my needs. I've just have made only two payments so I haven't had any settlements, but FDR has informed me of every action that has been needed and has answered every question that I've asked.

I had received a letter in the mail suggesting that they were going to start taking money out of my bank account. So I called FDR to find out what was happening. What I learned was it was one of my creditors that had settled with FDR and that the money was being taken out of my FDR account, not my personal bank account. It was a relief knowing that FDR was on top of my problems and knew exactly what was happening. Sure made me feel confident that I took the right path to handle this situation.

I called regarding a suit that is pending on me from Bank of America. I was told that I needed to pay the full amount if I could not pay $6,700 up front. I do not have the money so I ended up signing a contract to pay the full amount by your attorneys. I forgot to ask if you contacted Bank of America before the suit was filed. Did you? I just can't see why this suit was filed against me if you were in contact with them.

Pleasant and reassuring. Provided me with a much-needed relief of burdens caused by someone else but were put upon me. My creditors know of the company and were willing to work with FDR.
