As a new client, FDR has given me a sense of future freedom. I feel like FDR will accomplish what I could not do on my own. They have already made me feel like part of their family and trust they have my back. I chose a reputable company like FDR and NLT to work with my personal accounts and negotiate a settlement with each one with NLT to support me and defend me in case one or more seek legal representation.

We feel somewhat better now that most of our credit card debt will be reduced and paid off in a few years, but we are still getting calls and some have told us that they will not settle with a debt resolution company. So we still worry, but hope that it will all work out for the best.

I am still too new to this to have much to say, but it looks like this program is going to work for me. As far as I can tell now, I'm glad I made the decision to go with Freedom Debt Relief. I am very happy with the customer service that I have received. I did not feel pressured to join. I was provided with answers when I asked questions.
The one thing that I am less than pleased about is the costs associated with the service. I feel that a banking charge of $9.95 per month is outrageous in this day of free banking. I would prefer to have my dedicated account at my own bank, and that is not an option. I feel that is a little unprofessional and it seems just a little unethical. That fee on top of the fee that is added to the service itself on top of the attorney fee is a little high. I suppose it is considered cheap considering the interest I could be paying had I not joined.

I am financially struggling to make ends meet, so I did a search for a company who would help me. I haven't had that much interaction from Freedom Debt Relief since I initiated the process. I was told to expect calls from my creditors, which has occurred. I told Bank of American to stop harassing me as I am with Freedom Debt Relief which I tried to tell one of the people who called me, and give them the number I was advised to give them, but they refused to take the phone number. However, since then I haven't had any more phone calls, which were occurring 5-6 times a day.
