I just signed up, have not really seen any changes at this time, but once I do, I will submit a different review.

So far since I have started with FDR, everything has been going as planned, money has been deducted, building my account and FDR, is working on the creditors to help reduce the amount that I owe.

These people let you know what the program is all about. They are complete in discussing all of your credit balances and how long it will take to pay off after their negotiations are settled. Saved us a lot on my monthly payments and interest. Adam was very helpful and easy to contact.

When we first decided to check out Freedom Debt Relief we were a bit apprehensive but doing our research, we saw that they had good reviews as well as the BBB.

When we called and spoke to Nick, he was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all. He explained everything thoroughly and walked us through the program. He was very personable and sincere.

I started with Freedom Debt Relief at the beginning of this year. A couple of months went by in the program, and then they started negotiating my debt. They have already accomplished successful settlements eliminating 75% of the balance of each card.

Pretty amazing. I would highly recommend them!

I enrolled in the program and after five months their sister company offered me a loan and settled all of my debts at 22.9 APR. They did settle two credit cards before this took place, and litigation group stopped one of the creditors from suing me. It’s a slow process but if you follow through, the sister company will offer you a loan. The loan payments out of a $300 payment they are taking 180 in interest, so it’s like they're taking most of their interest in the beginning. There is no prepayment penalty on the loan so I’m going try later to get a lower interest rate elsewhere. But my credit score has rebounded nicely and I think it was worth it, basically, in the end with the interest rate if you're offered a loan it’s laying paying debt off with no interest in the end.

One bad thing, when they settle a debt the company will send you a 1099 at the end of the year to pay tax on as income the amount you saved.

Well, I would love to say something about FDR, but the truth of the matter is that nothing has happened yet as we have just signed up and the first payment has been pulled to the account. So far everyone has been more than helpful to get me going, but that would be all I can say as we have not ascertained any possible payoffs or anything as of yet. It would be more prudent to write a review after about 6-8 months into the program since there would be more to possibly write about. Bottom line is, it is too soon to say anything about anything about this program because it is just getting started. I have not seen it work yet, therefore, it is unfair to ask me if I would or would not refer a friend until I have experienced the program for myself.

I have had a great experience with Freedom as I don’t have to worry about the calls from the bill collectors anymore. It’s a good feeling that I’m getting out of debt. I would tell anyone that Freedom will help you get out of debt.

To be frank, I'm still on the fence about joining a debt settlement program. I am deeply in debt and need relief. And I'm not really capable of handling it myself due to some disabilities I have. But, about two weeks ago, after getting a payday loan the week before, I had an epiphany. My problem was growing every week. I needed help, and fast.

I had been getting tons of snail mail solicitations from every imaginable lender. And I had tried to consolidate my debt but got rejected by two lenders. I was adamant that I didn't want to go the bankruptcy route. And though I was over-extended, I was current with all my lenders. I really didn't want to fall behind and ruin that record (my one little piece of wisdom), but I had to see the bigger picture. That payday loan was the tipping point, and I will soon be behind.

This is where I called (or went online, I can't remember) Freedom Debt Relief (FDR). A brilliant and capable woman spoke calmly to me and helped me understand the program and how FDR could help. I was impressed with her and the program, but still reluctantly signed up. I hated giving up my perfect payment record and a few of my favorite lenders. Some were much nicer and well-run than others. But I was and am also eager to be out of debt.

From the day I signed up, FDR has reassured me with every phone call and/or email. Every conversation is professional, as is every document they have mailed (electronic and snail). I remain very impressed with them and their knowledge. I feel relieved knowing that they are committed to helping me reach my goal.

I still don't like that I'm in this program, but it had to happen. I'm glad that I have Freedom Debt Relief to see me through.

I have requested a copy of my contract since last month and am still on the waiting list. I was told to contact Nicole Deloach, and the last person that I spoke with told me that anybody could help me. Well, I am on the waiting list. I was told to check frequently but not for the same thing.

I was very happy with the ease and the great customer service. It only took a few minutes to find out if I qualified. I wish this service was available when I had to take bankruptcy in the past. It took such a load off our minds about trying to pay our credit cards.

While I initially contacted the company about securing a loan at a lower interest rate than what I was currently paying, they offered me an alternative where I ultimately wouldn't owe as much overall.

The plan, so far, seems to be a good method for reducing consumer debt. The shaky part is how to handle those "HOSTILE" creditors after enrollment. Better clarification is required to show that funds used to pay creditors is provided by client and funds are not actually "LOANED" to the client, and settlements must wait on accumulated payments by client - months. The creditor response to this debt plan can cause problems. I think a better plan would be to use a "cash flow matching technique."

I want to thank Freedom Debt Relief for helping me to clear my high debts. I felt I had no way out. I just thank God for finding this company that is responsible, helpful, respectful and understands your needs.

I only gave an average rating because it is too soon for me to form an opinion since I just enrolled in the past month. I would be happy to provide a more accurate review once I have been with FDR for a longer time.

I will say that everyone I spoke with over the phone or via email during my enrollment process was thorough, efficient, and helpful. And the dashboard/website is so easy to access and use.

I was nervous about enrolling, and there are many companies to choose from. So far, I have not regretted my decision to go with Freedom Debt Relief.

I was nervous to reach out for help, but Michael made me feel great about my decision. He did not pressure me to commit to anything I did not feel comfortable about. He thoroughly went through all of my options and discussed everything in detail for me. He never made me feel bad for being in this situation or for asking multiple questions. I loved that he was also incredibly easy to contact. I was able to text, call and email him throughout my decision process. He is definitely a keeper at Freedom!
