I know I just made my first payment at the end of June. Here is the best part, which is in a way, I don't have to worry about making two bills on time because I know that they are helping me.

Cory has been great to work with. He explained the program to me in detail. When going over the paperwork, he made sure I understood. I didn't feel like he was being judgemental at all. He has answered my questions through email in a timely manner. Which has been great because I come up with a LOT! I am only one month into the program. But so far so good. It is nice knowing that in 4 years I will have all of my debt paid off. Cory also gave me some pointers on how to put money back for emergency/or a nest egg so to speak. I do recommend this program. Having multiple phone conversation with Adam Wagner of Freedom Debt Relief, I signed on. I am glad I did! Adam was great, gave me the ins and outs, and the reality of my situation. There were no pressures, just solid information and the facts. I'm glad Adam hung in there with me! He is also with me through the entire process, and I can call him anytime. The stress and aggravation are gone and I feel like I can get back on track.

I took the call by chance one morning, even though I usually do not answer telemarketing calls. After receiving the offer, I was struck dumb and didn't believe it was true. I checked the company out, talked to my therapist, and friends, and was convinced it was legit. I am now on my way to being debt free in less than four years. Even though I am having to re-adjust my life without using credit, and I've only been with the program for a month, I feel so much better about my debt.

Although it is my fault for creating the debt, the creditors never had my best interest at heart. Therefore this program gives me the opportunity to repay my debt at an agreed upon price and relieve the stress of debt collection.

Freedom Debt Relief agents that I have communicated with have been very helpful and understanding. Very prompt with the paperwork needed and have already started negotiations with my creditors and my payments to them. I have been enrolled in the Freedom Debt Relief for around two months. Absolutely nothing has been done by Freedom Debt Relief. The only thing that has happened is my credit score dropped 75 POINTS (I wish I could bold and highlight this) due to my missed payments, which is a program requirement. My "specialist" gives me the runaround. When I asked for an update via email, I was told to look at my dashboard and that he didn't "write long emails." Seriously? I was also told when I signed up for the program that due to the amounts owed, ALL of my accounts would be taken care of "right away." We clearly have different views on what "right away" means. So far, my experience has been absolutely terrible, and I am super disappointed (and worried). They definitely sucker you in with promises of your debt improving, but so far, mine is just getting worse.

I was 100% satisfied with my outcome after contacting Freedom Debt Relief. I have been trying to get out of credit card debt (again), and after my husband died, was just making minimum payments that would have had me paying for ten years or more, not to mention all the interest that was going to be paid over time. After struggling to obtain a consolidation loan (with no luck), I just didn't want to go out with a bankruptcy and determined that Freedom was my best choice. After contacting them, I decided on the spot to enroll. The biggest attraction is that I make the final decision on the settlement amounts. But overall, they keep you involved, and I think that is important because it's my debt, not theirs.

My review I would have rated excellent! Unfortunately, several personnel employees wrote down my checking account number incorrectly. Then to top it off, they didn’t clear it with there computer system. It delayed my payments not once but twice. Until the third person solved the issue. I was very disappointed, to say the least. It caused a big overdrawn on my account and another checking account. The only reason I mentioned another account is because the bank shouldn’t have removed my payment. It caused my account to be overdrawn $342.00 plus NSF charges. This payment it’s included with Freedom Relief Debt. Finally, my first payment was submitted on June 7Th. The actual date is on the 4Th. Hopefully, my next payment is scheduled on June 24Th. Thank you for allowing me to express my disappointment.

Everything seems to be going ok. I get phone calls from creditors every day. I just let them ring and not answer any calls that are not identified. I do feel good that these debts will be resolved in the future. I don't feel as stressed out as I did when I could not see any future that was not negative.
