I am new to Flaviar and ordered my first taste box with a bottle of Teeling. These were both delayed due to high volume during our recent crisis. So I emailed Flaviar regarding my order and the concierge, Nina, answered got back right away. The very next day I received notification that both items were processed and being shipped to me. Nina worked very hard to get everything right and was very professional and courteous. I would strongly recommend anytime you have concerns to email them. I am very satisfied with everything and will definitely recommend to anyone.

My accountant wife was skeptical, and my passion for whiskey put up some convincing arguments. Ultimately, it was the access to rare, top-shelf bottles with detailed reviews and flavor profile descriptions coupled with membership being a financial wash that made it a good deal. Signing up with a friend referral and up-front quarterly bottle and taster kit (excellent idea) paid for the membership immediately. Sharing with my friends that really enjoy trying new bottles. I really think that’s what this club offers that I will enjoy the most.

Had a small (very small) issue that necessitated contacting customer service. I sent one email (one!), and I received an immediate reply, an excellent explanation and a little "fixer" to make the whole experience that much nicer. Spot on customer service is worth gold to me - life is too short to settle for less. Concierge service - done flawlessly!

A year ago, I invested in a Flaviar subscription and it works great for me. Every quarter I get to try new spirits through their tasting boxes and I get a credit once a quarter, plus free shipping once a month. I buy at least one bottle a month and find that if you take full advantage of the subscription you will save money on a yearly basis. The Support/Concierge team is very responsive to concerns and will always make the customer happy in the long run. I've recommended many of my friends to join. Great club!

I placed an order for 2 bottles and was so sad when only one arrived. I waited to make sure that the second was not sent separately, as suggested in the FAQs on the website. When it did not, I emailed customer service with information. Fellow-up was friendly and timely and my missing Jameson will be on the way soon! As a newer member of the Flaviar community, I appreciate the follow-up service that I received. Looking forward to my next tasting box!

The people who work for the club are amazing and very helpful. They make sure that even in the difficult time that we receive our orders in a timely manner. Even if products are damaged on arrival they work quickly to resolve the issue. I couldn’t have asked for better.

Flaviar has an excellent selection of spirits and I can't be happier to have joined. I was able to find some new ones that are quickly becoming instant favorites of mine and some harder to find labels I haven't been able to find locally. For the quarterly price, it's a great membership and the member's ratings are accurate and closely match my taste which helps a lot when making blind selections.

Even in a crisis, Flaviar has been able to come through. Strong in recommendations and customer service, I've been able to get out of my comfort zone and try new gins and whiskeys that I would have just bypassed in my youth. Frankly, they are so good for my beverage cart and as gifts. Strongly recommended.

At first I was reluctant to join, but when I was offered the right membership that suited me I haven’t looked back. I have purchased two bottles and received my quarterly offer including tasters. Yesterday I tasted the Cognac I received which was just amazing. Still finding my feet with the membership but if you encounter any problems Flaviar customer services are only happy to sort them out. Looking forward to the rest of the year.

I really enjoy this online club. I get a ton of information regarding spirits, especially whiskey. The prices are reasonable and the selection is great! The customer service is on point and I’m overall really glad I gave Flaviar a shot!
