I joined to gain access to spirits I can’t find in my local liquor stores. I quickly came to appreciate their excellent customer service. The vast majority of my orders have been delivered promptly. Flaviar handled the couple of orders that had problems quickly and professionally.

This is a great club for those who enjoy any style or type of spirit, but it also has a great support team if anything goes wrong. Very quick, friendly, and professional response to any issue.

I had one shipment that the Post Office decided to return early, and the support team replaced the order immediately with no question.

I needed questions answered for a second issue, and I received clarification within minutes of asking. This was after getting an email that said responses could be delayed due to volume.

I am grateful to have Flaviar as a resource for purchasing adult beverages because our local retailers have limited selections compared to what's available on this site. I first learned about online liquor from "Drink Up NY.com" so they are my benchmark for how on how online liquor aggregator works. As long as you don't expect next day delivery you get a broad selection, plus an idea based on the product description and tasting notes about how well the bottle contents match your preferences. Can't do that at our 3 local liquor stores. As with all online merchants, customer service is a make it or break it deal. I believe one of the main reasons Drink Up NY went south was their inability to fix the inevitable order problems. So far I've experienced only 1 problem in almost a 1/2 year and my customer service rep was empowered to fix the prob in a way that to me exemplifies a company dedicated to keeping customers happy so that I was willing to overlook the problem and remain loyal. I hope you never have an order mix up, but if you do, in my experience, they will do what it takes to keep you on board. Flaviar has earned my appreciation to where I can sum up my experience so far by saying, "I'm glad I discovered them and I'm glad they're here."

I like the product Flaviar provides. I've been in the club for two years after receiving a membership from my wife for Christmas. It is a unique company and exciting to try new spirits I otherwise would have never heard of. I feel like I am gaining a good appreciation for the different brands and styles. I've dealt with delays a few times, but the customer services has always been great and happy to help.

Very disappointing experience overall. I enjoy bourbon and scotch mostly. I am by no means high maintenance with regard to taste. My go-to is Buffalo Trace actually. I received both bourbon and scotch sampler boxes for tasting and 5 out of the 6 were absolutely terrible. Most were like sampling swill out of a used ashtray and tasted cheaply distilled. The 375 ml bottle of 10 Year Whistle Pig was overly priced by at least 25%. I was fully and promptly refunded. Customer service was very fast and accommodating.

I had an issue with shipping. I spoke with Sabrina in customer service, and within a couple of hours she had the problem solved. We have been very happy with our Flaviar membership. The selection is good, prices are competitive, and customer service has been amazing.

I just joined and have not received any liquor yet, but can tell you that the customer service is phenomenal. Sabrina was quick to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Everything you could ask for and more! With this as a start, Flaviar may just turn 2020 around!

Flaviar is a hip, cool gift for Whiskey lovers with responsive customer service. My husband liked the quality, the packaging, the app, etc. It did feel slightly confusing as to what package or membership type he had and what the exact benefits were.

I suppose my only doubt is if it makes financial sense as you only get the benefits quarterly (tasting box and bottle) it would be nice to get something monthly, a tasting box (without coaster each time for example). I know it has free shipping but there is still a margin. Or offer a discount bottle each month, let new Whiskey brands try to get fans by offering it very cheap to an exclusive crowd.

My wife and I have really enjoyed our Flaviar membership. We have tried some liquor that we probably never would have tried. It has been very fun to experiment with different spirits and build a pretty impressive home bar. In times like these, drinking at home is one of the few bright spots in life and Flaviar’s quick and prompt shipping has made it easier to accomplish. We have really enjoyed the entire experience from the first-class spirits to the outstanding customer service. Highly recommended. Cheers?

I had recently joined Flaviar when I noticed an ad advertising an additional three sampling bottles of Irish whiskey for new members. Thinking that my membership was new enough in the banking world, I reached out to Flaviar and inquired about receiving these additional bottles. Monica, a Flaviar concierge, kindly explained that I was not eligible for these three additional bottles. However, she did slide a little bonus my way for future use.
