I purchased this on impulse a number of years ago on a shopping channel (embarrassing). Best purchase ever. Exceptional customer service coached me through the setup which is really easy and I've been a loyal, satisfied and enthusiastic customer since that time. I am impressed with the frequent updates and do find that the device isolates virus and malware from time to time. I like to think I protect my privacy and take appropriate safety measures and yet I do not want to take a chance and this device has proven its worth continually. I did get lifetime support with my purchase and that also makes this a key buy for me. I highly recommend this product to folks like me who care about the security of their technology. Did I say exceptional customer service? You betcha!

l would highly recommend this service to anyone. Simple, easy way to make sure my PC is clean and running properly. l use my PC daily to surf sites for credits to promote the affiliate programs l promote so it gets a lot of use. Also, l am retired and homebound with COPD so my computer gets many hours of use every day. it is very expensive to get a tech to clean my PC and you cannot be sure that they can be trusted. FixMeStick takes care of everything with no worries, so use it and keep your PC running to perfection. Thanks for the great service.

Read all the ads and decided to give it a try. One computer was running slow and nothing seemed to work. Cleaned it up with the FixMeStick and had immediate results. Cleaned out some Malware and now it is back up to speed. Very happy with the results. The other computer was clean but I now have peace of mind.

Used two times, I was using a different program until then. The FixMeStick found two embedded problems that the other one was missing. This has helped my computer's speed. I made a great buy when I got the lifetime two for one on HSN. I have gone behind and checked the FixMeStick, using a better program that I was using. There were no problems that the stick missed.

I have to admit I was skeptical, but I needed a solution so I bought the FixMeStick. I am really happy with it. It was easy to use and did a good job.

However, even after cleaning the computer it required a tune with the Oilo mechanical tech, which I purchased. It is all good now.

I had a virus on my laptop that several virus protection programs failed to detect, much less fix. A friend recommended the FixMeStick, which I had never heard of.

The instructions were clear and included things like, "If you don't see this on your screen, try that," and "Make sure your computer is plugged in so you don't lose power during the (overnight) scan." It took a few steps to get started, probably because my computer was so compromised, but then it worked beautifully.

I ended up uninstalling my other virus protections and will rely on this to keep my computer free from harm and in good shape.

I had been trying to use FixMeStick to no avail. I never used to have a problem using it. Thank heavens I still had the card that came with it. After a few hiccups, with your help, I was finally able to scan my computer. I am not tech savvy at all so without your support I would have been totally lost.

I'm afraid I must give the FixMeStick a poor review. I have been on the phone with multiple techs three times and we were unsuccessful in starting a scan. All the techs were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful but still, we failed. I am convinced my next step will be tossing my two sticks in the trash and exploring another avenue to clean my PC laptop.

Got rid of 9 infected malware's and viruses...even AFTER I bought 360 antivirus, I paid for a year of protection. And 360 virus protector just never seemed to get ALL the viruses. I bought and installed Viper antivirus, and this product still did not find the viruses affecting my computer...but, I love that FixMeStick CLEANED my Windows 7 computer.

Also, I needed assistance with the scans not being recorded and I found that fantastic assistance from Alexandra who chatted with me online concerning the problem and why it was happening. I have just purchased a stick and have yet to install it (still in the post) but the whole idea appeals to me firstly because the idea of an external source uncontaminated seems utterly sensible to me. Now I realize that without understanding computer speak I probably have it all wrong but I will report back once I have my stick in operation. Interesting to note that the current grounding of the Boeing aircraft is a result of trying to use AI without allowing for sufficient Pilot i.e. human brain interface! Secondly I like the price, good value for money, and lastly and most importantly, their Customer Service is EXCELLENT. Fast and efficient direct connection with a human, not around in circles AI response. I have already sent out some emails to friends making them aware of FixMeStick for them to check it out.

My FixMeStick was not working and I could not do a scan of my computer. I got in touch with the company on their website through their chat, and I was quickly helped by a very friendly rep by the name of Tia. She solved my problem immediately and the USB stick started working again. The only problem I now have is that the company no longer has a telephone help line and everything must be done through the online chat. This is not always practical, especially if you are trying to work on the USB while chatting, or if your internet is down. I really wish that they would reinstate their telephone help desk!

I lost my FixMeStick and they replaced it. If it is outside your computer. Other programs are on your hard drive and the virus turns them off first. Being outside the computer it makes it impossible to turn it off. You will never regret buying FixMeStick.

I sent in an email stating that I had misplaced my FixMeStick and what would the charge be to replace. The following morning I received a reply from Linda L that there would not be a charge and she just needed my address to send the new stick.

I'm very disappointed in all the sell ads and junk ads that come up while using the software. I run virus scanners after running the FixMeStick and found many viruses, spyware, and adware that the stick missed. I'm not sure if I can rely on this software for my business. I'm a little disappointed in that I was going to rely on this software to speed up my cleaning of computers, but not sure if this is going to work.

The FixMeStick did not do anything but highjack my desktop computer for nearly a week. Contacted customer service, they had me try multiple things and still nothing but a highjacked computer. Don’t waste your time and don’t waste your money on FixMeStick. Does absolutely nothing but waste computer time.

While attempting to run a scan with my new FixMeStick my computer froze up and I was unable to get it back into service after trying some procedures that your technicians recommended. I was asked to call your support line and speak with a technician. After working with Addie she recommended a system recovery that solved the problem. Thanks very much for your good work and for having technicians that not only are skilled but also speak a language that I can understand. Fantastic! For a hearing impaired 87-year-old, that is priceless.

I would be lost without my FixMeStick. I use it at least once a month. I used to panic when I would get a warning message on my computer but now I just run my FixMeStick and it takes care of the problem for me.

I have McAfee and WebRoot but sometimes things get through anyway. My computer is 6 years old and I have mega saved files for my artwork so the scanning takes a long time. However, now I don't have to take my computer to a PC repair company. In the long run, FixMeStick saves me time and money because it fixes the problems that show up.

Also, it serves as a reminder to me to back up my artwork and other files frequently.

Many people are more savvy about working on the problems that come up on their own. But I am a Senior and don't know how to do it on my own. FixMeStick is my "lifesaver" and saves me a lot of stress. I love my FixMeStick.
