I purchased the stick locally and ran the program. I have an older Macbook Pro. For some reason, the stick removed my Bluetooth. I contacted customer service and was assigned to Karen Lam. She contacted me very quickly with a suggestion for a fix. The fix didn't work and she offered another solution. It was to upgrade the stick and run the program again. I upgraded and ran the stick again and my Bluetooth returned. I exchanged several emails with Karen and she was very prompt in replying. Excellent customer service!
