The support I received from Linda was prompt, professional, informative, and knowledgeable. My problem was finding out if I needed to upgrade. I didn't. I also needed replacement because I had misplaced my stick, Linda took care of my issue and also gave me some information on upgrading if not.

I used FixMeStick for 2 years and performed many scans, however, I never saw any report saying it fixed anything. This has led me to cancel, I also wasn't aware there was an automatic renewal, as a result, I was given an automatic renewal, which I did not want as I have a new laptop protected by Norton. When I got notice of renewal I emailed FixMeStick about my concern and they agreed to give me a 25% reduction on my renewal or an outright cancellation. I opted for the cancellation as Norton seems to be doing a very good job of protecting my computer.

After running FixMeStick on my laptop and 1 of my desktops I noticed they both took a long time to start up and shut down.

After the support people worked very hard to get me satisfied, they gave me the name of some software to buy (System Mechanic) that should fix my problems.

They displayed a great deal of patience making sure I understood what they were needing me to try as a fix.

Ever since I first purchased my FixMeStick several years ago, I have been extremely pleased with its ability to rid my computer of viruses and trojans which even my antivirus programs could not always fix. Truly one of the best computer protections I've ever bought.

Recently I moved and in the process misplaced my FixMeStick. I was crushed! But Linda of customer service offered to replace my product for free, and as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this wonderful company and their terrific product, and intend on keeping mine up to date forever!

My current virus protection notified me an attachment contained a FixMeStick and it removed enough of the problems that I could make progress. I did, however, still have issues and one of the downloads that I could not remove, so I downloaded Malwarebytes and it cleaned up everything on my computer. All in all the FixMeStick did help and it was worth what I paid for it.

I tried the process of updating and factory default and my scan finally kicked in after reboot. There was malicious software. There were 4 infections and the FixMeStick cleaned it all.

My Desktop MAC was kinda running slow. Possibly could be because I generate huge gory gobs of data in no time. Anyway, sure was wise to start with the scan right before bed. Got it started, and then - zzz. When I woke up, here were the results: My computer did not have any malware, it was clean. The scan took over 4 hours. So, as far as the scan itself, all was well. Unfortunately, this job had one side effect: It knocked out my TV service. I have Triple Play Service with XFINITY. You get internet, phone, and TV service all in one integrated system. I LOVE my XFINITY service! The TV is choked, and so I have an alternate plan on how to fix on the cheap. Sorry, but honestly, I have to say that I am not happy with the package, and I regret the decision of that I should check it out. It's no shock, by now I am quite used to that things which sound great will often disappoint you. Sorry, that's my take.

I used the FixMeStick as soon as I received it. I used the FixMeStick as soon as I received it in the mail. It found malware and removed it from my computer. I have been using Avira and Malwarebyte. They never found the malware hiding in my computer. My computer is working a lot better and faster since I used the FixMeStick!

I bought FixMeStick in early 2017 and found it extremely easy to use. I run it monthly and have had, on occasion, infections which it immediately takes care of. I had a problem with my laptop once and couldn't get the FixMeStick to disengage from it. I phoned the number given and instantly was through to a tech (no waiting on line). I was treated with respect and kindness as he gave me instructions on how to fix the problem. I believe it to be one of the best products that I have bought and would highly recommend it.

After a scare I had on one computer with a scam attack, I found nothing on any of my computers, which is I wanted confirmed.

I have been a customer and user of the FixMeStick for many years. This was the first issue that I couldn't resolve on my own. Agent Shruti was friendly and went right to the issue giving detailed instructions. She followed up with answers to my subsequent questions and issues. The issue was resolved and solved and I am very happy with the results and performance of the FixMeStick.

What do you do with an older computer that is no longer supported by Microsoft or any Security software, yet STILL works fine...albeit a little slower from all the years of service, and all the assorted Malware, etc. it has accumulated? I did what most people would do and bought a new computer, but I just couldn't bring myself to throw away this old Gateway with Windows XP. Then one night I was flipping through channels on the TV and stopped on HSN when I saw a device for computers (old and new) that easily SCANS computer files and REMOVES all sorts of Crud and viruses from your machine. It was called FixMeStick and looked like a little Flash-Drive that just plugged into a USB port. Why not, what do I have to lose? I ordered one and the rest is HISTORY! It cleaned-up that old Gateway and it's still in use as I write this. It can be used over and over again. Get this! It is worth its weight in gold! Awesome product!

I like the FixMeStick, it's easy to use, just plug into the side of your computer and it tells you to go take a break while it runs a scan. It can take a few hours to run, but when you're finished you know your computer is safe and virus free. I highly recommend this product.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with FixMeStick, 4 or maybe 5 times. In every instance, the customer support system has been great whether by email or telephone.

In every case, they try to understand the situation and my concerns and did whatever was possible to address and resolve the issue.

In one instance I clearly missed the deadline for the renewal refusal date and so it renewed automatically.

When I contacted them and told them I did not intend to renew they were most helpful in congenial and sent the refund and the following day. Throughout that process, everybody I dealt with this helpful, polite, courteous and friendly.

In my estimation, FixMeStick is a company with high ethics and high integrity. It is a first-class operation.

I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so in the future.

After running the FixMeStick I didn't think it had worked. I got several messages that it was unable to clean my computer but after re-starting the computer it works like it did when it was new. I was very frustrated trying to get it to work or I would have given it 5 stars. Keeping my fingers crossed that it continues to work.

The product is good, but the support service is poor. All they do is refer you back to the links and FAQ. I did those and now need more personalized help and it looks like I won't get it.
