Your instructions are not geared up for older or computer illiterate people! I asked to chat, never got through the chat because I could not find the send button!? So I did not get any help but kept at it and got your stick working! Still not sure if I loaded up the update properly? You guys have to take into account us old folks!

Just want to say that I purchased FixMeStick, and have been very satisfied with the product. It's easy to use following the tutorial. I also like that I get updates from the company when there is a virus going around and they notify me to run the program. I also like that they notify me as a reminder when I sometimes forget to run the program. Recently I suffered a devastating fire at my home, our home was completely lost. I contacted the customer service dept and was very surprised and pleased, as they told me they would replace my product. I highly recommend FixMeStick!

I ordered the FixMeStick because I believed I had a virus on my computer that was making my computer prevent me from downloading files. I ran the FixMeStick and it found items that need to be quarantined but it did not correct the problem. I continued to talk with customer service and they remotely looked over my computer and fixed settings that were recommended by Microsoft Windows to fix this problem. It took several hours! I am so pleased and satisfied with your company. I believe you went above and beyond. Thank you so much. I highly recommend your company.

I've been using FixMeStick for about three years now and I can honestly say that this is an amazing little tool to ensure you're not hit with viruses or malware. I surf the net a lot and I have to admit that I'm not always careful about what sites I visit. It's great to know that I have FixMeStick at my back. The customer service is also great if you ever run into problems.

An extra bonus is a reduced rate for McAfee if you're with them.

I had heard about the "FixMeStick" on several occasions and saw ads on the TV so when I saw it was advertised at a very reasonable cost I decided to go for it.

I run a scan every month to make sure everything is a-ok.

I eagerly scan the ads and when it goes on sale I purchase it right away and am ready to use the next one when the current one expires.

I will be using it for the third time now and am very impressed with the results as well as all the helpful tips to ensure safety to my computer as well as my data.

This will be my second year with FixMeStick. It used to cost me way too much money to keep up with 3 computers every time they had a problem. I have been a loyal FMS customer now for as long as I can remember. I have used the product faithfully, running scans on a monthly basis, surprisingly enough, FMS has found and removed a lot of viruses and the results make my computer(s) run much faster.

I have also had issues that FMS was not able to fix directly, however after an email request for support, their Customer Service team would respond quickly and assist as best they can. In every case, they were able to provide a positive outcome.

The team will go above and beyond what I expected they could do to provide a good experience. I am very grateful for that effort.

Some time ago I purchased FixMeStick, I had other programs and was not satisfied with the results. I purchased this product and was very happy. When I used it the second time it would freeze up. I had written the FixMeStick off as a scam and was preparing to discard the stick. I decided to give it one more chance. The same negative reaction. I then contacted support and they provided a great deal of information and several links and options. I chose the first option and the product worked wonderfully.

I recommend very highly FixMeStick and have mentioned it also to all of my friends - one of whom does computer repairs.

I have been a FixMeStick customer for a few years now. I use the program on my 2 computers. The stick launches relatively easily on one computer while it often takes a few reboots to launch it on the other computer even though they are both on a Windows 10 platform.

Once launched, the stick does a very good job of detecting and cleaning viruses and malware from the computers. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the effectiveness of the FixMeStick.

The main focus of this review though, is the customer service I have received from FixMeStick. Like a lot of other customers, I was disappointed when FixMeStick discontinued their phone-based customer service but I have been very happy with the service I have received via their Live-Chat service. All the customer service personnel I have dealt with so far have been very, professional and responsive, always demonstrating a willingness to help; often going above and beyond the call of duty.

I definitely recommend FixMeStick and I will like to give a shout out to their customer service staff.

I'm certainly no computer guru. I saw the FixMeStick online and bought one for when my computer became overloaded in its background. Then my wife's computer was acting up. It was extremely slow booting and online. She asked me to look at it and I did, over and over. I finally remembered that I had the FixMeStick. Wow, what a difference. I understand that some computer pros use it. Now I know why.

My FixMeStick was damaged and Linda, in Customer Service, offered to replace it at no cost. When it was delayed in the mail she said "no problem" and sent out another one.

She was very pleasant, helpful, and professional over the course of several emails and several days.

I also work in customer service, and I appreciate the frustrations sometimes involved in this job. Linda went above and beyond, and I am a very happy customer!

I watched a short video on Facebook of a dog trying to persuade a statue to throw a stick. Not getting any results from the inanimate sculpture, the dog kept whining. Well, his whine somehow stayed in my computer's audio, annoying me, to say the least. Linda Liu from FixMeStick eliminated the noise in no time! Kudos to Linda for restoring my sanity!

If you have a computer the FixMeStick is a must. The best investment I've ever made. I run it at least once a month on all three of my computers and never have any major issues anymore. It's simple and easy to use. I just plug it in and go to bed. In the morning it's done and my computer is cleaned and working great. Would also make a wonderful gift.

Trying to stay on top of things is not easy when everything you touch today is electronic and seems to update/change without prior knowledge. At least for my computer, I have a "live-in technician" available to put me back on track and remove my frustration. The minute I ask FixMeStick for help, they appear like magic and sort out my problem instantly. I haven't had to lug my tower into town for repair once since I got my STICK. With 3 computers in the house I wouldn't be without FixMeStick.

I have an old desktop computer that had been running slow and crashing - blue screen, black screen, no screen - and I was seriously considering a new computer when a friend of mine told me about FixMeStick. Hi, I'm a 75-year-old gent. FixMeStick is a super tool but not only that, and just as important, is the first-class customer support you get with this product if you are not very good with the new technology. I am happy with the FixMeStick and have used it a few times after which I can notice an improvement in my PC response time, so I feel it is a worthwhile investment. In August 2019, I ran my FixMeStick routine and to my surprise, I received an error stating that my FixMeStick was corrupted. Thus I could not run any virus checks at all. I made several email attempts to FixMeStick Support Team which did NOT resolve my condition. While I tried to execute the options that the FixMeStick sent, I was not successful in fixing my problem. I decided to call the FixMeStick Help Line and after two hours on the telephone with the dedicated, patient and unrelenting FIXMeStick Support team, I am happy to say that my problem HAS BEEN RESOLVED by the FixMeStick team who stuck with me until it was resolved and I am now able (once again) to resume my routine of running the FixMeStick virus checker on a weekly basis on both my computers.

A big thank you to the FixMeStick Support team and I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you.

FixMeStick works no doubt, but it takes forever to scan through all the files, it does not matter what virus detection application you have, it still takes a couple of hours. But having two computers, no problem. What I like about the Stick is it saves all the infections in a file, and if you have the password to open up the vault you can place the viruses in a SandBox and see how they behave without putting your computer at risk. I am not disclosing the password, it's for you to figure out. Have a good day.
