The only problem I have with it is the time it takes for it to work. I will let others know about FixMeStick and show them on my system how it works.

I was relieved when the FixMeStick announced successful virus removal since my computer is less than 3 months old and has been painfully slow for the whole time. I took all the suggested steps, had to use the stick a second time, was not impressed with that, since I am a senior on a severely small pension, and thus could not afford the more expensive stick and my housemate had to use the third and final use to doctor her computer as our computer are networked. The first week I had the computer it was fast, I play WOW, it is my only pastime and contact with the outside world as I am disabled, so imagine my dismay when I went to play my game and still crawled at a snail pace, so that is why I can only give a rating of 3. I have also had the computer "fixed" at the store and am still having the same issues.

Yesterday, I got the icon button but did not link. I reviewed the files in Windows Explorer that showed User Guides, various languages. I tried this again today and there was a new folder, APPLICATION. Clicked on this and was able to start and do the scan.

You need to get your act together and provide better information for the user. All very well communicating after the scan, but SUPPORT to get started was pathetic.

Not a happy user so far.

I am still having issues even after using the FixMeStick. Also, I signed up for a 30-day free trial but by the time I received it in the mail, 10 of my 30 days were gone already. I am fairly sure it did do something but it did not fix all the problems, i.e. redirects to unwanted sites.

I was having a problem scanning with FixMeStick. It said I need to reset to factory setting and gave some instructions. I must not have understood them because I could not get it to work. Krystin identified the problem and patiently walked me through to get to Factory Settings. It did not take her long. Problem solve. Job WELL DONE.

I recently had a very unusual problem with my FixMeStick. I worked with their staff until unfortunately I became ill and put the problem aside. Just last week I decided to try working with FixMeStick staff again to try to resolve the problem.

To their credit their documentation was excellent and I did not have to waste any time re-explaining the problem. FixMeStick staff made it clear that their goal was always to ensure that my problem was resolved no matter how long it took. Ultimately they replaced my stick as the original had somehow become corrupted. Their customer service was above and beyond the norm and I still believe this is one product everyone needs in their tool kit!

I have been using FixMeStick now for about three years or so. My purchase was for three computers for life. I use it on my laptop at home about once a month. I plug it in at night before I go to be or on a Saturday when I go to run errands. Twice it has found viruses and wiped them out for me. My computer runs so much better and faster after I use it. I ran it last night and it found no viruses, but I noticed my laptop running faster this morning. If you are on the fence about getting FixMeStick, just do it! I had to pay a guy a lot of money to clean my hard drive on my old computer and if I had had FixMeStick, I would have saved that money. It pays for itself!

I finally decided to purchase this item after my laptop computer became slower and slower. I figured the cost was worth a try. To send my computer to a repair shop would certainly have cost more and taken more time. The scanning and cleaning process took about nine hours but my computer is noticeably faster. We will be trying this on an old desktop soon to see if it makes any difference there.

My daughter's computer would shut or freeze after seven minutes. The FixMeStick ran a whole 3 hours and completed its scan. Still had to use Malwarebytes and Windows Defender to get the thing running nicely. The Malwarebytes found 80 problems after the FixMeStick ran.

I knew my computer was infected but I was not able to spend the money to take it to a computer tech to fix. I had read about and seen presentations on the FixMeStick and thought I'd take a look on Amazon. Much to my surprise, I was thrilled to see the FixMeStick there for a great price.

I had a little problem finding File Explorer on my computer, however, an awesome customer service agent from FixMeStick gave me another route to start the process and I was on my way.

I let the FixMeStick do its thing and upon completion, I had a lonnnnng list of serious issues on my laptop. I clicked "Clean" and the magic began wherein all the infections were eradicated. I am more than overjoyed at the end result!

My laptop is about 8 years old but it serves my purpose, however, it was molasses slow to boot, open programs and even open new tabs on the internet. Well, much to my amazement, my laptop works faster than when I bought it. No more waiting forever to boot up or open programs AND not one buffer during videos!

I am completely and thoroughly ecstatic how the FixMeStick eradicated the infectious bugs on my laptop, its comprehensive process and the superb results I experienced on my laptop.

I wish I had such a simple fix to ensure my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is free of infections without having to spend a fortune on a software package.

I bought it because of its price and tried it on an old laptop with Vista on it. That old computer kept crashing and I didn’t have much confidence in the stick, but after using one pass on the old clunker, I saw to my surprise it is working. Still slow as hell, but not crashing, and now will try it on my new laptop. Should have bought it before.

I have used computers for business and industrial needs for twenty-four years, and have had my share of problems with them. The upswing of viruses being unleashed onto networks is huge! It worked very well for me. I had a bit of a hard time to get it started, but after properly reading the instructions it did the job. Fixed my new PC as well and my old computer that is still using Windows XP. In total it cleaned up 10 threats. Having this USB stick to continue checking up on my computers will be an asset. The Norton Antivirus software does not allow it at first, but it works at startup before Windows loads up. No problems occurred after its use and both computers worked better without any sluggish delays.

A product like this has been long in coming. Someone finally has invented and brought to the market a P.C. "fix-it" device that REALLY DOES work. From the moment I installed it on my computer, it went to work and cleared all of the viruses, malware, and such from my computer. And it didn't take much time at all to perform its function. I bought your stick and ran a scan. It found only 2 things, which I think was what came with the computer. One being a Coupon printer and something else with my name on it. The problem I have, I know I have some malware that did not show up. Two or 3 times have had screen flashing red with bells going off and WARNINGS and telling me to call a phone number to fix. OR COMPUTER WILL NO LONGER WORK. When that happens the computer is frozen until you unplug and reboot. Recently 2 emails telling me they installed malware on my system and demanding a $2000 ransom. I still have emails if you want to see. I have the computer freeze up saying some kind of script running. Computer slowing up. Emails not coming thru properly and the list goes on. Your stick found none of this. How is this possible it found nothing? Would certainly like to discuss with FixMeStick before posting.

This is one investment I am glad I made. This is a great product and it does what it says it is supposed to do. I used to have a lot of viruses but since I purchased the FixMeStix my PC runs faster, better, and not one virus. I was like a lot of you afraid that this was a get quick scam so I kept trying other ones and found out the other ones I was using were the scams!
