I tried Energy Renew for 30 days. I decided not to change anything in my life while I tried this product. I wanted to have a controlled experiment as much as possible. I didn't change my eating habits and my exercise (lack of) did not change. After a few days, I noticed I had more energy, I was sleeping better, certain aches and pains went away. Well, I'll tell you, I haven't felt this good in a long time! I am always worried about my health to some degree but taking this product has lessened that worry about 95%! I take it with my usual vitamins, "E" and CoQ10, then top it off with Lectin Shield and Total Restore, so I'm having a ball not having to worry about my health so much as it frees me to think more about the future and what things I can now accomplish with all this extra energy! Yes, I can say that the Energy Renew powder form has helped me gain back some energy after this long year of being cooped up mostly at home for the last year and we had finally received both our 1st and then the 2nd Covid-19 vaccines. I did have some reactions to the 2nd vaccine. I just didn't have much energy and vitality about myself. I'm 78 years old with a pacemaker and am on AFIB and hypothyroidism medication, blood pressure medication, and cholesterol medicine. I loved the idea of taking the powder form and mixing it in water for a daily boost to my energy level. I always seem to feel blue during the wintertime because of the cold, rainy days when I can't get outside much. I do use my treadmill but it's just not quite the same as going to the park and taking a good long walk. I am feeling better every day!
