We liked your product but we won’t repeat our order because of the fact that the ingredients that you are sourcing are not organic, free-range, and/or wild.
As you might be aware, meat that is commercially produced can contain growth hormones and antibiotics (especially organ meat).
I liked the idea that your product is raw and dry freeze. Why are you suggesting to add HOT water to it?
What about enzymes preserving?

All of our ingredients in Nature's Blend are from high quality, all natural sources. This includes a variety of meats, fish, ranch-raised beef and duck, and other protein sources like fruits and vegetables. Nature's Blend is all-natural and free of chemicals and fillers. In addition, Nature's Blend also contains the natural preservatives, salt and mixed tocopherols, that are safe for your pups to consume. I also wanted to mention that the water you add to it can be room temperature, or you don't have to add any water at all! Adding water does not diminish the quality or efficacy of Nature's Blend. We stand by each ingredient in Nature's Blend and would never create a product that we didn't believe in. I hope this clears up any concerns.
