This was really a very rudimentary and useless application. I deleted it pretty quickly. But unfortunately, purchasing the application also signed me up for an AUTOMATICALLY RECURRING subscription for some dubious diet products. For me, this is costing $66 every year.

The app is nothing more than a timer - it does not provide help, menus, or shopping advice, and all they want to do is sell you all their other (expensive) products.

I ordered the app and within 15 minutes realized that it did not offer what I needed. I have emailed them 3 times to cancel and refund my money. I have now contacted my bank since I haven't heard back from them at all.

I just purchased the supplements, not the app. I know about timing for fasting, my issue has always been with hunger pains. I was charged the following month for the same purchase. Nowhere does it say the supplements are a subscription, nor do they have you sign for a subscription. I emailed but have not heard back in 3 days. I also have not received any 2nd shipment of the supplements I ordered.

I signed up and used this app for about two weeks. As we are human and we go about our life we forget about certain subscriptions. Well, I was charged the $39 renewal fee for another 3 months and I emailed them the EXACT day and I went in and canceled my subscription. And I also messaged them twice through the app. About a week later I got an email asking what email I had used and if I used PayPal or my debit card, acting like they were going to reimburse me (all information I had already provided had they paid attention), but customer service comes back and tells me they can’t reimburse me because I didn’t cancel before the renewal date. That was my whole point in emailing them! They don’t have enough grace to understand it was an honest mistake. Most companies can understand and will work with you. Not this company.

Terrible app and they auto-renew your account! I purchased the app, wasn’t interested in what they offered. I never asked for my money back, but after an auto-renew and their refusal to reimburse my money, I am steamed. I’m contacting the BBB and tipping everyone off to not purchase this!

Not good. I found out immediately after submitting my payment that this wasn’t going to work for me. I didn’t have the ingredients for their recipes, I couldn’t log exercise outside their routines, and I had to calculate all my own calories because their food choices weren’t anything I had in hand. I notified them immediately and they requested I complete a survey. I did that immediately. I was thanked for the survey but no offer of any type of refund. When I inquired about a refund, they did not respond. I had paid for a year and on day 2 notified them it wasn’t going to work for me.

Fasting is good, DoFasting is a waste of time, space, money, and effort. I used it diligently for 6 weeks and then I didn't as I was able to set a fast timer with Google calendar that gives just as many alerts. I uninstalled the app over 6 months ago but did not notice until 3 days ago that I was still on quarterly billing. It's an auto bill and any company worth its salt would send out a reminder notice...DoFasting does not. I am pretty sure they are going to refuse a refund so I am going to take this as a lesson learned. I did that with mail order supplements and others...here is my rule. If it has an auto renew it's got a bad business model and I will never buy again that is only in place because they can't get repeat customers.

I ordered these products and after I received them my doctor advised me not to take them because of heart and blood pressure issues. I did what the company told me to do to send products back. It’s been close to 4 months and I still get the run around telling me they can’t find the package I sent back. Someone there has to know.

There’s no free trial, because they know you wouldn’t waste away good money on it. I used it for about a month. Did nothing to help, but they also include an auto-renewal so even though I got rid of the app, the billing continued for the next year. Your to-do list works just as well and is free. And if you tell them the renewal was an accident, they tell you tough, you’re paying anyway.
