Not a reliable company

By Dale , Atlanta

I still haven't received my back brace. I received a phone call, wanting me to give my full credit card number and wanting to know if I would like a gift card for 100.00 worth of gas.

And pay 29.95 a month for some kind of discount plan. They told me my back brace was on its way, but it has been 10 days and I haven't received it yet. I think this is some kind of scam, so beware!

Total rip-off

By Vern Miller , Amarillo, TX

Said that the product comes in two packs. I ordered 1 and got 1 free. Received 2 packages of 1 each. Customer service says that is what I bought. Shipping was $15.98 for package weighing at about 8 oz.

Pain free after 33 years of pain

By Doug Richie , Flowood, MS

I'd heard about this copper fit stuff and was skeptical, but considering the low price, thought I'd have nothing to lose if it did work. It worked. IT WORKED! Boy, did it work! I am amazed how good my knee feels. I'm ordering a spare. I don't ever want to be without this thing! To clarify my situation, I lost my kneecap when a baseball player jumped up for a ball and came down on my leg. I've had pain for years, arthritis and bone to bone pain, but I don't anymore!

Very disappointed

By Phyllis , Louisiana

I've purchased the gloves yesterday and surely have not seen any relief whatsoever. Not sure how long this is suppose to take to work. Surely wouldn't buy anymore of the copper fit products if it can't help with arthritis in the hands. What a joke!

Please Be Aware!

By Gail Anderson , Springfield IL

On placing my order (via website) I was not notified of a couple of things that any customer should be aware of.

1) The shipping cost was not provided until the order had been confirmed ($15.98)

2) That your delivery will take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive!

I tried to cancel my order which I was informed I could not as the item had been shipped the day before (conveniently for them). They are coming from the west coast so will take 7-10 business days?!

To cancel I have to return the product (at an extra cost to me) and will only be refunded the cost of the items not shipping.

I distrust this company immensely and it all started when I received a phone call from their company to enroll me in a monthly voucher saving scheme. Money to be taken automatically from the credit card I provided on this order, and that it was free for the first 14 day!

Please do not order from this company, buy them in-store (the cost is $4 more expensive, but you have the convenience of having the product straight away, and can return no hassle or cost to you).

Buy them at K-Mart

By Lois White , North Carolina

I bought mine at K-Mart for 9.99 with no shipping charges! I like it because it keeps my knee warm and free from pain. I bought 4 of them and passed them on to my friends who have knee pain. I was walking with a cane before I started wearing my knee sleeve. I would buy the other products if I needed them. I thank God every night that I am pain free.

Total Scam

By Gus Baron , Florida

I was charged $89 for a 19.99 buy one get one free. Do NOT DO BUSINESS with these crooks. They have a great TV commercial but suck. Bret Favre should rot in hell for doing the commercial. The product is as good as an old sock.

Copper Fit Socks

By Steve Brown , Noblesville, Indiana

Saw on TV with Brett Favre. Found at Walmart for $10. Have a lot of foot pain from long hours in retail. Put them on and the pain is gone. They are padded, very warm, not sure why but the pain is gone. Works for me. I will buy more. See how they do at work.

Scam: worst customer service ever

By Marygene Fagan , Lakewood, NJ

This company is a scam. I ordered two elbow sleeves. The advertisement was "buy one, get one free". Not only was I not given this option, but I was charged for two separate sleeves and then charged $41.95 for shipping. That is the most ridiculous charge for two lightweight elbow sleeves. These people are trying to confuse the customer with their name which is close to a legitimate company's name. Do not order from these people!

Misleading advertising

By D.M. Newton , Kansas City, Kansas

Like some others, I thought that when you order they came in sets of two, one for each leg. To my dismay, I found out this was not so. It also took four weeks for the product to arrive. The tracking number they gave me was no help. I have not tried them out yet; but I suspect they probably belong in the same class as "Carter's liver pills". I don't think I will be dealing with them again.

Good but buy local

By Carl , New York

Works great! Just make sure you measure and buy the right size. And more importantly, buy them at Bed Bath and Beyond or Walgreens because the online ordering is confusing and they nail you on the shipping.

But as for the product, I have been wearing the knee sleeve for a few days now and my knee feels much better than before. I am looking forward to trying the elbow sleeve at bowling to see if that will help with my arm fatigue but just wearing it alone already feels better supported and the compression works for me.

One grip is that the knee sleeve tends to roll sometimes and you have to adjust it but overall so far a good product. We shall see over time how much they retain their tightness once they stretch for a few weeks, months, and beyond.
