I bought mine from Walgreens for 9.99. I understand ordering online and padded fees, but the knee sleeve made my knee feel 50% better when I put it on. I got the XL because my legs are big. I am picking up one for the other knee. The sleeve is ok.

This company is unethical and a rip off. I just got off the phone with customer service about the exorbitant P&H charges. With each item there is a P&H charge. I order two items; so in their mind there are two P&H charges. I will probably receive my order today and I will guarantee that they were shipped in one package. So, in my mind they charged me twice. Total P&H, I was charged $31.96 for one package. If you do order this product, do so by phone and go over the P&H charges with them.

You will have a better chance of sliding down a 50 foot razor and coming out alive then getting any help from customer service with double billing. You cannot reverse an order. You can not change an order. The "free" crap is the scam, run, don't walk, and as Neil Cuvuto said, " anyone who buys from a TV ad is an idiot", well I was a fool, but never again.

They say they give you one free, and the foolish Shipping and Handling is more than the sleeve itself.

And, on top of everything they are made in China. Really? They should be shut down.

I will echo verbatim what the others have written, their website is fraudulent, doesn't follow acceptable Internet commerce norms. The shipping is extremely expensive for a cheap, light, bubble envelop sent via USPS. After ordering and realizing the scam of double charging, I kept receiving several calls per day from an 866 number, never a message. After several of these I called the number and found it was copper fit and they were continuing the scam by sending something else to me, free for two months, then I'd be charged unless I canceled. I screamed over the insistent telemarketer than I did not want it nor did they have my permission to send. Terrible company, should be shut down. Wish I read reviews first.

I ordered two knee sleeves in different sizes. I would have preferred one of each but found out toward the end of the online order that it came in pairs only. To add insult to injury, I was charged S+H for each sleeve separately instead of for each PAIR. I live in Kinnelon, NJ which is three towns over from Wayne where the product is sent from. It took two weeks to arrive. People order these products because they are in pain. I was not able to review my order as all other online purchases are done and saw that the order was placed with a shipping charge of $31.96 for a $39.98 purchase. It was nothing more than a thick stocking for the knee that rolled when sitting down. I was also called the day after my purchase by a woman telling me I would receive a gas voucher and then would have to call to cancel at a later date. I told her not to send that. Then a man got on the phone and tried to push the same offer. I'm disgusted. What a waste of time and money.

There was already a problem when I made the order. They are charging me two instead of one, but I thought it's buy 1 get 1 free. It's hard to get costumer service and when I finally did and I was explained that I'm being charge for 2 pair which is 4 items (2 knee and 2 elbow, and what shocks me is the shipping and handling charge is per single item. That's about $34 and yet they are placed in one package, like 2 pairs of sock in a package. And if you're going to send it back to them, you are out $34. To make it worst the product suck. Not a good quality.

I have used a number of copper products including copper sleeves. One was good but wore out. The other hurt and it was so tight. When I used the Copper Fit Sock, I was so amazed I went back and bought two more. I wish they made a t-shirt. Thanks for the help. It is all that it claims to be.

This company is a complete scam. I was typing up my order and when I went to the next page to view my order, it was already processed without me being able to look at it or see how much they were going to charge me for shipping. The so called $7.99 for S&H turned into $19.99 for S&H and $19.99 for the product. It said I purchased a set for $19.99 however, the buy get 1 free was not a set, it was a piece but they only get sold as a set? False advertising there. Then when I called customer service and finally got through, they said they couldn't see my order since I just made it, call back in two hours. Guess what? They closed in less then 2 hours.

So I called the next day at exactly opening time and supposedly they had already shipped my order out. There is no physical way they could have already shipped out the order. They didn't have the order at 9:00pm but at 7:00am the next day it was already on a truck that had left the building and been shipped out. B.S. Customer Service said I would have to refuse the order and they would then send a refund. I'm sure that won't happen, the refund part.

Placed an order for knee compression sleeves on 6/3/15. Provided credit info. I did not receive any confirmation of the order. Called on 6/8/15, at that time was informed of back order status. Canceled order and advised Copper Fit that was not the way to treat customers. I will check in a couple of days to confirm cancelation of order.
