My husband (somehow - I will explain later) ordered a pair of knee sleeves and a pair of elbow sleeves online straight from the website. One pair of each was suppose to be free so in total he ordered eight pieces of Copper Fit. He was charged for $19.99 for each free pair even though they said it is free. In this case, it looks to me that they charge $19.99 for a piece and not a pair and then the second two pieces are free.
Now the best part. He was charged $63.92 for shipping and handling. So the total of this order was $143.88. He didn't even know that his order got placed. I don't know what kind of tricks they use but make sure you will have your eyes around from the moment when You add any of their items in the cart.
I called them a day later but I was told that this order had been already processed and there is nothing I can do. When I asked how come they charged almost $64 for shipping and handling that woman told me that it is because I ordered 8 items and even though some are free, I would still have to pay for the shipping. Almost $8 for an item.
Package arrived two weeks later. Everything was packed in a thin plastic bag that said PS Lightweight US Postage Paid SmartPost which means it is a kind of flat rate bag. I took that package to the post office to check how much that shipper paid to ship this package from CT to NY and I was told $5.75. All sleeves could even fit in a smallest flat rate box for $5.25, this way they would be able to save another 50 cents. I am surprised they didn't figure that out yet.
Now for the sleeves. They're lightweight pieces of medium quality stretchy fabric with a rubbery symbol of something that looks like double Echo with a dot inside. Unfortunately, I don't know much about symbols and it is a bummer because this is probably the only therapeutic element of these expensive pieces of crap.
It was the worst online shopping experience I ever.had! Please be smart and stay away from Copper Fit. It is a total scam.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
