Its a scam! Lots of hidden fees! When you send it back they won't refund your money. Its been almost 2 months now. No one speaks English and your call conveniently gets dropped when they transfer you. Save your money!

Should have read the reviews before buying it. The reception was poor and offered half the channels of my outdoor antenna. The return address was a UPS location in the area, and when I called to get their address to return it, the person I talked to became nasty. I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy - it's that bad!

Tried it on two TVs. Moved antenna around. Nothing! Scam. Have to call a long distance number to tell someone I want my money back.

Loved the product at first 6 months ago, over time however channels stopped coming in. At first the clarity would be off or choppy. Now it just says channel not available. I have tried resetting the channels but nothing worked.

It's very poor. I picked up only one channel and it definitely did not work in my area which is Alberta, Michigan.

Doesn't work and when you try return good luck they give you $7.00 and tell you to keep it. No integrity and a product that doesn't work wait a waste of time.
Something new for the garbage can.

I just ordered this product and I went to the antenna website and it said I would receive only 11 channels but instead I received none, so I would suggest to use cable - it works better then this.

It is like normal rabbit ear antenna. On windy and bad weather days it freezes up and goes blank. Find a solution for that and I will buy it.

This is such a rip off, I have placed this antenna on a north ,south and west out side walls. I did not get any more channels and the picture is still the same as without the antenna. There are three towers within 30 miles of my home so why did I not get more channels?
The advertisement is just not true. Save your money!

Does not work at all, had no channels come in anywhere in my home, not the windows, not anywhere - just a bad product.
