I purchased the box antenna, hooked it up as per instruction and now, instead of 15+ channels I would receive with rabbit ears, I only receive 5 channels of picket fencing and blank screens. Your product sucks, just like your false ads on TV.

They took the money off my card, then said my order was never placed. I got an order number, so why did I get that if it was never placed. I'm thinking a scam big time. They get your money and you get nothing.

I was unable to get in touch with any customer service representative and still cannot locate me order. This got me wondering on the ethics of this company. I hope to hear back real soon because I still don't have my order yet they took the money off of my credit card.

This is the worst product I've ever ordered, and the return policy is the worst I have ever experienced. Please don't bother with this company, don't do it!

First the item did not work, it found ZERO stations in Denver. Never call the number to order, it is a continuous list of annoying up-sells that we finally had to hang up on. Tried calling customer service, the 1st agent hung up when we asked for a return authorization number because the item did not work. The second offered to refund $7.00 without requiring the item to be returned. Asked to speak to a supervisor and he would not transfer the call. To clarify my response to the bottom line question, I would not recommend the item to an enemy, no one disserves the phone experience I had.

With this Clear TV Antenna, I get two channels and that's if I move the antenna around each time. Junk.

This is a RIP OFF. The cost is $19.95, plus a shipping charge of $15.98, and to return the unit and get the $19.98 refunded, I have to pay another shipping charge.

I mounted it to the pole my dish used to be mounted on on my roof. I slid a Ziplock bag over it to protect it from rain and snow, and wah lah - 70 channels. This is amazing. If you don't get a lot of channels with your Clear TV, then put it up higher and you will gain more channels.

We are fans of all the Chicago Illinois sports, but where we live some times their broadcasts are blocked out. Even with Direct TV we just can't get the games. We bought this product to see if it would help us get those alternative channels for Chicago. We were pleasantly surprised and happy. We do get the broadcasts on the local Chicago stations now that we could not normally get in our viewing area. And the local stations we would get are sharp clear viewing. Like the product.

Using this Clear TV Antenna with a Smart TV with digital auto-tuning after assembling the device precisely according to instructions and placing the antenna by a window, it picked up absolutely NOTHING.
