I would like to know more about discounts and if there are any opportunities in the future if I were to unlock more phones.

This is the second time I have tried to use their service only to be left in the dark both times. Communication was poor at best. The first time was a Sasktel locked phone, and I had to keep asking them what was taking so long, eventually getting a refund after they had "tried" many databases. I was disappointed but conceded that maybe Sasktel was different to other providers.

So this time I'm trying a Bell phone thinking that should be pretty straightforward and there was no way they could stuff me around again. Wrong, same old story. Poor communication and same excuses! A refund has been issued but weeks of wasted time and frustrating emails!

These people are frauds. As I have now found there are plenty more unlocking services available, it's a shame this one seems to be top of the list when googled. Don't waste your time on these people!

Customer service was great. My phone had some problems unlocking initially. Not sure what the problem was, but Cellunlocker.net eventually solved it within 1-2 days, and now I'm all unlocked. I'm happy now.

I purchased an unlock code for a Galaxy S6 on Vidéotron carrier. Cellunlocker processed the order, but upon reception, the site was unable to provide an estimated time for an unlock code. I waited for three days, and after that time I ended up receiving another email stating that they could unlock using another method that involved a direct connection to a PC and the device through USB. I was skeptical at first and ended up waiting for two weeks before finally deciding to do it.

The technicians over the phone were very polite and helpful, and they delivered what was promised, and after the scheduled appointment my cell phone was unlocked and ready to go.

I asked someone up in New York but I was told it would take about two days. I couldn't afford to lose two days since I was on a road trip to Florida. I went into this thinking it was a gimmick but thought I would try it since it was only $20 and my phone was pretty much brand new and worth a couple of hundred dollars but yet to carriers it was worth $0.
