I purchased their service at 7:00 pm Monday night. I was emailed at 10:10 am that the phone could be unlocked using the Metro PCS app. It did not work. I emailed, no response. The phone call was picked up after a 45-minute wait (disconnect 4 times before that).

I received a second email stating that I should be able to unlock the phone. It still did not work. I sent another unanswered email. I was on hold for 20 minutes and was disconnected four times. Finally, I got someone on Chat support. They took 20 minutes to respond to each question. They finally disconnected and sent an email requesting a video so I could get a refund.

This is a ripoff. DO NOT USE.

Firstly, I will start by saying I am pleased with the turnaround times. My brother and I had both ordered an S8+ with Telus Mobility. When I wanted to unlock mine, I had accidentally taken the IMEI off my brother's box, which in turn resulted in the wrong unlock code being ordered.

Anyway, I followed up with Cellunlocker, and although they were not able to process a refund for the order, they were able to reprocess a new order, which took one day. Now my phone is fully unlocked, and it was definitely a low cost compared to other sites.

Cellunlocker has been an ongoing service for a long time, which is why they are reliable and have had constant good reviews. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. A good way to free up your phone and dealing with a trustworthy company who does what they say.

What can I say other than that I saw it on Facebook and thought it was crap. But for me in my position, I decided what the heck, just go for it. I can't afford to buy another one for a very long time, and I had this one from an old carrier, so I did. It worked on the first try. I'm still skeptical about it reversing, but for now, I'm happy. Cellunlocker.net took almost one week to send me a code that didn't work. They also took approximately 1 day to answer any question I had. The worst of all is that when I asked for the refund of my money, they asked for a video of the code not working when I already used a code from another provider that did work.

Received code. It didn't work. Called support. Nobody to talk to. When you call outside business hours, it hangs up on you. When you call during business hours, it plays a pre-recorded message telling you to email them. So why even have a phone number then?

Went back and forth by email over a period of days, as my trip out of the country got closer and closer. Eventually had to make and send them a video of me following their unlocking instructions step by step. And finally, they acknowledged that yeah, it doesn't work, and can I wait 7 to 9 further business days while they try another database for a code that does.

I'll be back home in 7 to 9 further business days, the trip I needed it unlocked for will be over. I could have been spending this time actually getting my phone unlocked instead of going back and forth and making videos for cellunlocker.net

Brutal, I do not recommend them.

I wasn't expecting the unlock code within 12 hours. The site is easy to use; I placed the order with the info in about 5 minutes. They accept PayPal (I don't feel safe using my credit card info). I ordered it last night and got the email with the code this morning. The email has the link to the unlocking procedure by Phone Brand. Pretty easy, just like the YouTube videos.

When you sent me the email that confirmed that my iPhone 6s is unlocked, I was just so happy and relieved. I got my LG G6 in the U.S. from T-Mobile in May 2016 and had to travel to Europe within three days upon purchase. I didn't know that my device had to stay in the U.S. for at least 40 days to be eligible for permanent unlock. Cellunlocker.net company is a legit company. The code they have supplied worked as one would expect. It took 4 hours and 20 minutes for the code to be delivered. The company clearly states 1 hour to 19 hours for the code, so no surprises there. Overall I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to my friends. Also, their prices are much better, at least that was the case with my phone.
