I have purchased a code and on ordering page, the model selected as HTC U11 and a valid IMEI number was provided. I attempted but informed them their code isn't useful as I'm using HTC U11 life and it comes with a built-in app and it's T-Mobile locked. They simply refused and called for additional payment although I paid and provided video as well as a valid identification number, but they are making excuses and saying that the model is different although U11 and U11 life aren't much different for unlocking. And such practice isn't good, and I will write and spread this as much as I can. Beware, guys, they are not honest. They knew very well that U11 or U11 life were introduced in 2015 and no conventional methods used and all unlocking through the app, but they are selling codes by emails instead of sending through the app, which was advertised on their page. Don't trust them.

Great customer service, pleased with the results. I would highly recommend to others! I'm not very tech savvy, but they made it seem easy. I was speaking to them on a brand new, very cheap cell phone that had a terrible connection. They were able to walk me through the switch, so I was able to use my expensive Galaxy s9 on a new network. Works fabulously! Thank you!

I was really stressed out about a phone I bought on OfferUp. I was told it was unlocked. Yet after I paid all this money, I discovered that it was still locked to AT&T. Simple, these people will steal your money, DO NOT USE! They are a scam and you will never hear back from them. They will send you a bogus email saying it was reported stolen, in which obviously it's not.

I tried Cellunlocker.net after upgrading my 4-year-old iPhone 6's battery, to have the option of having a smaller phone in my pocket when I didn't want to carry around my current plus-sized one. Also, having an otherwise functioning iPhone cosplaying as an iPod Touch seemed a bit wasteful...

The 6 was locked to SoftBank in Japan, and Cellunlocker.net came back to me in 7 days. The unlocking instructions went smoothly.

I needed to download the .mobileconfig file from the website of my cheap SIM's website just like I'd done with my main iPhone, and that went smoothly too. (I actually emailed it to myself to have a copy stored on the device in case anything came up and I wound up with no data connection.)

I can now swap my cheap SIM into the now-unlocked iPhone 6 when needed. Very happy.

After purchasing a used AT&T Note 9, I needed to unlock it to use on a different carrier. USB methods were not available at the time of this review, so I decided to give Cellunlocker.net a try. It ended up being easier than USB methods, and the service was extremely quick and fairly priced as well. I ordered my code around 10 PM, and it was in my Gmail account when I got up the next morning. My experience with Cellunlocker.net is wonderful.

My LG V30 was locked to T-Mobile Network. Before contacting Cellunlocker.net, I had an experience with two other companies. The first one refunded my money after I complained against prolonged delay without updates. The second company scammed me big time. They disappeared after taking my money out. I couldn't access their website anymore. The first company is genuine I believe, only that I was not satisfied with their communication skills...

Without losing hope, I engaged the Cellunlocker.net. Although I did not hear from them for the next eight business days, they apologized for being silent without updates. And that it was being processed in the alternate database. It was true because the first company had told me the same thing that they couldn't find the IMIE in the first database and they were to launch into the second database.

A few hours on the same eighth day there came the email I was breathlessly waiting for: "Henzhi, your phone is unlocked."

Of course, they sent a link for unlocking instructions. But I couldn't wait as I just went straight to the T-Mobile Device Unlock App on my phone and tapped on Permanent Unlock. Within seconds, the approval message came out: "Permanent Unlock approved."
