I really like that there is a video session option. It is super easy to schedule appointments. The system sends out reminders of your upcoming session so you don't miss it. Make sure you have done the internet speed check if you are going to go this route so you don't have dropped video calls.

The service is monthly and can be canceled at any time. The weekly rate is about what I would pay as a co-pay. I find it to be a great value and incredibly user-friendly.
