Loved this Box! Amazing value.

I received the Mangia box, and it's been the best value I've received from a subscription service. In the box was a pasta maker that is sleek and authentic, with a cool looking recipe book. The perfect pasta recipe was actually perfect - I now impress people with my homemade fettuccini.

This has become my go-to!

I know this is technically not marketed to women, but I have gotten some of my favorite home goods at Bespoke Post. The site is very well curated and makes it easy to decorate for someone who values looks and function. I got a pour over coffee stand that has made my kitchen 100% more attractive and is so easy to use. It’s nice to be able to buy neutral pieces that aren’t too feminine (not that I don’t love that, it’s just not what I’m going for in my space).

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Cool and not crazy expensive

I'm a big fan of Bespoke Post. I'm too busy with work and other responsibilities to keep up with what is cool and trendy these days. Thankfully, with Bespoke Post, they do the legwork for me. I can't count how many times someone has complimented me on my gym bag, sunglasses, raincoat, etc., and without fail, they are items I got from Bespoke Post. It's also super easy to opt out if you don't appreciate that month's offering. If something isn't up my alley, with one click, I'm out. I'd say that I stay opted in for the majority of the items, and a few times I went back and shopped in their store because I like the item so much. Overall, two thumbs up.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Awesome service

I am a big fan. The stuff they sell is spot on for what I need, and I can always opt out if I already have it. The product value is way more than the cost of the box, and they take out any/all of the hassle associated with finding stuff that I both need and like. For example, I have been wearing this terrible 10-year-old raincoat for far too long, and now I have an awesome, brand-new, sharp-looking rain jacket so I can finally toss the old one. Customer service is great as well. I highly recommend.

Box of garbage

Good idea, that's terribly executed. I've received three boxes so far, each one worse than the last. One box consisted of ten dollars worth of shoe cream and a cheap shoe brush. There's no way I'd ever use this on a quality shoe, and for $45 could get much higher quality items at Allen Edmonds. The next shipment consisted of two cheap glasses and some pills that are supposed to enhance the flavor of liquor. I found the pills online for $1.99. When I tried to cancel, I noticed there is nowhere to cancel online. This is always the mark of a terrible company. Save your money and stay far away.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I've enjoyed my three year membership

December 2017 marks the third anniversary of the first box I received, as a Christmas gift from my wife (she purchased the first box for me and I subscribed subsequently). I counted the other day, and out of the possible 36 boxes that were offered me, I chose 24 of them. Since you have five days after they make you the offer to change your box or opt out for the month, I've basically taken 2/3's of the boxes offered. If I opt out, no harm, no foul, just save $45 for the month.

I've even bought the same box twice, as I received sunglasses in one box that were stolen. Recently, it seems as if they are putting more emphasis on having more choices of boxes, when I started it seemed like maybe there were 8-12 available, some of which I had purchased already. The last few month's there's been over 30 choices. All quality stuff, many items that they sell for $45 are up to $90 retail.

All in all, I have been very happy and have recommended their services to friends.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Worst company for the money.

I have always been curious about companies that offer services like this. I have to say it has been the most underwhelming and subpar company.

For $50 I received a pair of socks, cheap bar of men’s deodorant, playing cards playing cards, and lip balm. Please save your money before you think about using this company. On a side note, I did opt for the weekend her bag and it was very nice, but I would never use this company again and am looking to find a way to get my money back.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Awful customer service!

I applied a coupon code with a gift card order which showed as being accepted when I processed the order. Three days later I was reviewing my account and noticed the extra amount was not applied. I called and explained the situation. The first girl on the phone kept putting me on hold as she explained the situation to someone else.

I finally asked to speak directly to the person she was speaking to. I explained that the gift card order accepted the coupon code and I was looking for it to be applied. She said the site should not have accepted the code (is that my fault?) and she would only credit me less than 1/2 of what I would have received in extra credit on Cyber Monday since the deal is no longer valid now. When I asked if she would honor the discount since their order form accepted it, she said they could not. She was then VERY rude, said she was canceling the account and hung up on me.

I am in a customer service business, and that is NEVER the way I would handle any of my customers. I am sure I will find another/better subscription service that wants our business. Do NOT sign up with this company!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
