Male, 69 years old, 6 feet, 230.
I'm not sure what I expected to feel or what I really expected to happen. My routine is simple. Get up about 5:30 M-F, take 2 pills with my morning meds (vitamins, allopurinol, Aleve,) and then off for a light walk and workout (45 min). A morning snack of red bell pepper. Lunch of tortilla, cheese, and bacon, PM snack of red bell pepper, dinner chicken/other meat, light vegs. Average about 10K steps per day.
Results: Waist tightened by about an inch in 3 weeks. Weight down about 5 lbs.
Started at 230; now at 225. Avg 7+ hours of sleep per night.
