Been trying the product for 30 days, feeling better, less stress, feel memory is better in short spans, haven't had any sweet cravings. I'm going to continue to use the product up until 90 days to give a better overall review. So far so good.

It has been a little over one month and I am happy to report I have lost 7 pounds, my appetite is less, and my stomach is noticeably less bloated. I have normal bathroom habits for the first time in a long while, and I feel better overall! Other than Active-PK, my diet and exercise have not changed. I am honestly surprised at how well I have responded to this product. Looking forward to more progress!

I am a 71-year-old lady with severe back problems. My activity level is not very high because of my back. I do not let my back issues stop me; I work until it is really bothersome and then I sit for 10 or 15 minutes and then back to work again. It takes me a lot longer to get things done but I am determined not to stop. My original thought to purchase the pills was to help me lose some weight. Previously I lost 50 lbs but then leveled off. I know that weighing less would be beneficial to my health and better for my back. I have just finished my first 30 days on the pills but so far I have not lost any weight. I am still hopeful that it will start coming off soon. I do seem to have more energy.

I started the product on September 1st this year. I take it around 6 am every morning on an empty stomach. It smells like tea when I put it in my mouth. I try to take 8 ounces of water with it. No problem digesting it. I usually wait another hour before eating my breakfast. I have not changed my eating habits. After two weeks, I noticed that my upper belly that is usually extended like a shelf and very tight has shrunk down and is pliable. No stiff fat in that area. I think it is dissolving the fat. However, my weight is still about the same, 204 pounds. I am diabetic and am on dialysis three days a week for four hours each day. So, I do have a lot of fluid on me that has to be taken off. I bought this product, Active-PK, in hopes to lose weight. However, I need to talk to my dietitian about my diet. I am pleased with the performance of this product so far and I hope to see more changes in the next two weeks.

I see a physical difference! My "frog belly" is less prominent. I have confidence as I approach my second 30-day supply bottle that I will continue to see less belly fat and more pride in my appearance.

I have hope and confidence that I won't look pregnant anymore - no, I am not pregnant; I just look pregnant.

I am 71 years old and still care about my appearance and how my clothes fit. I am short-waisted and short-statured (5'1") so not having a fat belly is a goal I am hoping to reach.

I watch what I eat, practice portion control, drink several glasses of water each day, but still have a fat belly. I weigh too much, 170 lbs, and I find it difficult to slim down although I have success with not gaining any more weight.

I work retail as a cashier so I bend over and stand long hours every day for 30+ hours each week. I am too exhausted after working 6-8 hours each shift to physically exercise when I arrive home.

I do notice a slight after-tasted/smell associated with the capsules but not a problem and just an observation.

I ordered the 3 bottles and it said to give 1 month to start seeing results. I started on my 2nd bottle and am disappointed. I have not seen any change in my belly fat. I sure was hoping this would reduce my belly fat, but there was no change.

I am 5 ft. 8 and weigh 250.

I've been using Active-PK for the last 4 weeks, I have just started to notice the benefits of Active-PK over this last week. When I started Active-PK, I slept from 11:00 p.m. to 12 o'clock p.m. Or later, one day I didn't get out of bed until 3:30...in the afternoon, not every day. But it was starting to get more and more like a routine. No energy, didn't care if I woke up or not. I am retired so it didn't matter if I lay in bed or got up.

About a week ago I noticed that I was getting up more just before noon, but it wasn't until last week that I really noticed a big difference, I actually wanted to get out of bed.

I have noticed a big difference in my belly as well, it is shrinking, even my husband noticed. I have lost 8 lbs so far and don't crave the chocolate and pastries like before.

I love this product and hope it continues to exceed my expectations.

Hopefully, I can continue to get slimmer and more active.

Since I started Active-PK I feel great! Cut sugar cravings by 2/3! Enhanced my daily workouts and sleeping so much better and through the night. Most of all not only eating less sugar, my elimination has improved, thank you. Oh, did I say my body fat percentage has dropped from 23% to 19%? Thrilled.

Hard to tell if there’s been a significant difference as I’ve been on health/weight loss plan for 5 months and lost 15 lbs before starting on the Active-PK. I think it is helping as I’d been on a plateau before starting PK and lost maybe a pound and a half over the last couple of weeks...I will continue using PK in hopes that I will keep making progress in my weight loss/health/more energy mission!

Active-PK is a real winner. I have more energy and a much brighter outlook on everything. Two weeks - no side effects. Probably will take it the rest of my life, I have recommended Active-PK to my banker, the VFW and a host of other groups I belong to. Can't say enough good things about this product.

I am on my second bottle. I didn't notice any change with the first bottle. With the second bottle, my stomach is so noticeable smaller. I still have more fat to shrink, but delighted with results so far.

I am not exercising or changing my diet in any way. Can't wait for the results of my second and third bottle. I tried so many different ways to reduce my stomach that didn't work. I am amazed by my results with the Active-PK.
