24 Hour Fitness

The jacuzzi water is so dirty that the inspector warned the front desk to improve.

The steam room is so dirty that we see it closed often.

I wonder if this place is maintained regularly, the management ignored members' complaints.

One time I saw four broken step climbing machines.

The broken shower doors, just not fixed for a long time, some shower faucet is shooting to the wall, not you.

Members know it is useless to complain to the front desk.

Our cars parked in the 24 Hour Fitness parking lot, we have so many members got broken windows and we don't see any effort to keep our cars safe. It happens so often and so long, now that we just wait to see who is the next victim. Nobody seems to care.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I have used 24 Hour Fitness for over 10 years. I took my friend into my account and I got charged for an annual fee without my knowledge, and they would not give me a refund even when one of the 24 Hour staff authorized that refund. I never saw that refund on my card. The staff gave me the customer number to see what was going on. I called that number and, what terrible customer service they have. The CSR told me that the money is not refundable and said “there is nothing that I can do.” He was very rude and did not even apologize to me. Horrible customer service.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

24 Hour Fitness is a very unethical company. The only reason why I go here is because it's open 24 hours.

They say they raise membership pay by $20 and some cents once a month. Well, I found out that they have been raising my membership pay multiple times a year in the past at least three years.

I called them, and they promised me they will lower my monthly payment. But it never happened. The second time I called them, they completely denied it. What a lying BS is this.

Everyone who goes to 24 Hour Fitness must check if they did the same thing to you.
